The Employment Pilot promotes the social integration of job-seekers who can stay permanently in the region, already during the asylum procedure through catching up skills assessment, providing basic information on the German training and labour market, piloting the first steps on the way there, and intensive cooperation with the opportunities available in the region for integration into training and/or work, including language courses.
