Projekt polega na wdrożeniu działań wynikających ze Strategii Działalności Międzynarodowej w okresie od 1.07.2016-30.06.2017. Zgodnie z planem, realizacja strategii rozwoju eksportu firmy Gena następować będzie poprzez następujące działania: 1) udział w 6 zagranicznych imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych w charakterze wystawcy: - TrendSet w Monachium, Niemcy, w terminie 4-6.01.2017, - ISPO w Monachium, Niemcy, w terminie 5-8.02.2017 - Mifur w Mediolanie, Włochy, w terminie 24-27.02.2017 - Tracht & Country w Salzburgu, Austria, w terminie 24-26.02.2017 - SportAchat w Lyonie, Francja, w terminie 6-8.03.2017 - Market Days we Frankfurcie, Niemcy, w terminie 10-12.03.2017 2) doradztwo specjalistyczne firm zewnętrznych od przygotowania strategii działalności międzynarodowej (uzyskanej przed złożeniem wniosku o dofinansowanie, w terminie od stycznia do maja 2016 r.), po szereg specjalistycznych usług doradczych, które mają pomóc w realizacji postawionych celów, w tym: - doradztwo z zakresie określenia potencjalnych partnerów handlowych, w terminie od lipca do grudnia 2016 - doradztwo w zakresie opracowania koncepcji marki / wizerunku przedsiębiorstwa, w terminie od lipca do grudnia 2016 - doradztwo dotyczące dostosowania produkcji do wymagań wybranych rynków docelowych, w terminie od lipca do grudnia 2016 Poprzez uczestnictwo w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych firma realizuje zaplanowane strategie: - działalności międzynarodowej, w tym budowanie i wzmacnianie pozycji konkurencyjnej marki Gena na rynkach międzynarodowych, budowanie i podtrzymywanie trwałych relacji biznesowych, podpisanie nowych kontraktów eksportowych oraz wzrost dochodów z eksportu produktów firmy - marketingową, w tym prezentacja i promocja produktu marki, budowanie świadomości marki u potencjalnych nabywców, kreowanie wizerunku dzięki starannie wykonanym stoiskom wystawienniczym oraz materiałom reklamowy, przygotowanym wg wskazówek zasięgniętych od zewnętrznych firm doradczych.
