The overall objective of the project is to implement the International Activity Strategy that will allow the export objective of the Company to start the regular and systematic development of the company’s export activities on two markets: UK and US (based on the product group defined as search engine “SEO”, “Pay per click” and the creation of the media plans) within 12 months of the end of the project. The focus of the project is in particular to increase the value of export sales, increase the share of exports in total sales of firms and strengthen links with foreign partners. The specific objectives of the project are to: (1) Initiation of sales in the United Kingdom and the USA of search engine services for SEO, Pay per click and the creation of media plans within 12 months of the end of the project, (2) Increase in export revenue by PLN 110 000 within 12 months of the end of the project (base value 0, one year to which the increase is to be applied in PLN -2016). Implementation of the planned activities in this draft measure, i.e. advice on the financing strategies of export projects and export activities, advice on identifying potential trading partners, looking for and selecting partners in selected foreign markets, preparing offers for cooperation and trade negotiations (also carrying them out), advising on the development of brand/image of the company in the selected foreign market (including, for example, advice on the design of promotional and promotional materials, websites, mobile applications) for promotion and sales in target foreign markets, and consultancy services, and obtaining the necessary documents for placing products on the foreign target market, -Advice and obtaining the necessary documents for the foreign market — Participation as an exhibitor in market-orientated fairs and foreign markets. Ogólnym celem projektu jest wdrożenie Strategii Działalności Międzynarodowej, które umożliwi realizację celu eksportowego Firmy, jakim jest rozpoczęcie regularnego i systematycznego rozwoju działalności eksportowej firmy na dwóch rynkach: brytyjskmi i amerykańskim (w oparciu o grupę produktową określaną jako search engine optimization - SEO, Pay per click oraz tworzenie media planów) w ciągu 12 miesięcy od zakończenia realizacji projektu. Projekt ukierunkowany jest w szczególności na wzrost wartości sprzedaży na eksport, zwiększenie poziomu udziału eksportu w całkowitej sprzedaży Firmy oraz zintensyfikowanie powiązań z zagranicznymi partnerami. Cele szczegółowe projektu to: 1) Rozpoczęcie sprzedaży w krajach Wielka Brytania i USA usług search engine optimization - SEO, Pay per click oraz tworzenie media planów w terminie 12 miesięcy od zakończenia realizacji projektu, 2)Wzrost przychodów z eksportu o 110 000 PLN w terminie 12 miesięcy od zakończenia realizacji projektu (wartość bazowa 0, rok do którego należy odnieść wzrost w PLN -2016). Wdrożenie zaplanowanych w niniejszym projekcie działań t.j. -Doradztwo dotyczące strategii finansowania przedsięwzięć eksportowych i działalności eksportowej, -doradztwo dotyczące określenia potencjalnych partnerów handlowych, poszukiwania i doboru partnerów na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych, przygotowania ofert współpracy oraz negocjacji handlowych (także ich przeprowadzenie), -doradztwo w zakresie opracowania koncepcji marki/wizerunku przedsiębiorstwa na wybranym rynku zagranicznym (w tym, np. doradztwo dotyczące projektowania materiałów promocyjnych i reklamowych, stron internetowych, aplikacji mobilnych), przeznaczonych do promocji i sprzedaży na docelowych rynkach zagranicznych, -Doradztwo oraz uzyskanie niezbędnych dokumentów uprawniających do wprowadzenia produktów na docelowy rynek zagraniczny -Udział w charakterze wystawcy w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych zorientowanych na rynki zagraniczne.
