The project aims to increase the export activity of ZXt Sp. z o.o. by: — Participation in 5 international trade fairs as an exhibitor; Participation in 19 economic missions and preparation of promotional materials. The activities selected in the project are based on the external company “A business strategy for the internationalisation of Zext Sp. z o.o”. As part of the analysis, 24 ZXT products with the highest export potential that will be internationally recognised were selected. Participation in fairs and economic missions will allow effective outreach to the most desirable audiences, i.e.: distributors and wholesalers of the following target markets: Germany, China, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, France, Estonia, United Arab Emirates. The activities planned in the project will be supported by adequate promotional materials financed by the project, i.e.: a catalogue, information folder and an updated website. This will result in an increase in the competitiveness of the company and an increase in the volume and value of exports of the products on the target market strategy of the target markets. New business lines will be established with those from the above target markets. The implementation of the project will end with the signature of 5 trading contracts, resulting in an opportunity for the company to increase its export revenues to PLN 3 585 543,16 in 2018. Celem projektu jest wzrost aktywności eksportowej przedsiębiorstwa ZEXT Sp. z o.o. Cel główny projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez: - Udział w 5 międzynarodowych imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych w charakterze wystawcy; - Udział w 19 misjach gospodarczych oraz przygotowanie materiałów promocyjnych. Podstawą działań wybranych w projekcie jest opracowana przez zewnętrzną firmę "Strategia biznesowa w zakresie umiędzynarodowienia działalności przedsiębiorstwa ZEXT Sp. z o.o". W ramach przeprowadzonej analizy wybrane zostały 24 produkty firmy ZEXT charakteryzujące się największym potencjałem eksportowym, które będą podlegać internacjonalizacji. Uczestnictwo w targach oraz misjach gospodarczych pozwoli na efektywne dotarcie do najbardziej pożądanych grup odbiorców tj.: dystrybutorów i hurtowni z następujących rynków docelowych: Niemcy, Chiny, Bułgaria, Rumunia, Grecja, Turcja, Czechy, Słowacja, Węgry, Łotwa, Litwa, Francja, Estonia, Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie wsparte zostaną odpowiednimi materiałami promocyjnymi sfinansowanymi w ramach projektu tj.: katalog, folder informacyjny oraz zaktualizowana strona internetowa. W efekcie powyższych działań nastąpi wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa oraz wzrost wolumenu i wartości eksportu produktów na określonych w strategii biznesowej rynkach docelowych. Nawiązane zostaną nowe kontakty biznesowe z podmiotami wywodzącymi się z powyższych rynków docelowych. Realizacja projektu zakończy się podpisaniem 5 kontraktów handlowych w efekcie czego przedsiębiorstwo zyska możliwość zwiększenia swoich przychodów z eksportu do poziomu 3 585 543,16 zł w 2018 roku.
