In both cases, a road system will be operated in the EAZ, including its integration into urban roads. Roads shall be fitted with pavements, drainage, in both cases for retention basins, for investment parcels and lighting. Roads will be a public municipal road. The saga will be equipped with nets: water and sewage pipes and technology for the location of power supply cables, gas and teletechnique. As part of ineligible costs, both land will be grubbed up with an average and a high level and a levelling of the site will be carried out. The two zones will thus be completely equipped with SAG. The subject of the investment is the performance of the infrastructure to be used for the operation of the EAZ. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa infrastruktury drogowej oraz sieciowej na potrzeby funkcjonowania Strefy Aktywności GospodarczejPiaskówka Komunalna.1.Powierzchnia całkowita SAG Piaskówka 5,95 ha, w tym działki inwestycyjne 4,77 ha2.Powierzchnia całkowita SAG Komunalna 12,91 ha, w tym działki inwestycyjne 12,13 ha2.Wyposażenie SAG. W obu przypadkach realizowany będzie układ drogowy w SAG z jego włączeniem do dróg miejskich. Drogi będą wyposażone w chodniki, odwodnienie, w obu przypadkach do zbiorników retencyjnych, zjazdy do działek inwestycyjnych i oświetlenie. Drogi będą publicznymi drogami gminnymi. SAGi będą wyposażone w sieci: wodociągową i kanalizacyjną oraz kanały technologiczne dla lokalizacji przewodów zasilających w energię elektryczną, gaz i teletechnikę. W ramach kosztów niekwalifikowanych oba tereny zostaną wykarczowane zieleń średnia i wysoka oraz przeprowadzona zostanie niwelacja terenu . Tym samym obie strefy będą kompletnie wyposażonymi SAG. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest wykonanie infrastruktury która będzie wykorzystywana do obsługi SAG.
