The aim of the Centre will be to optimise and harmonise the resources and systems for data collection, processing, processing, sharing and listing of data used by local governments, which take account of both the municipalities’ offices and their sub-departments (e.g.: DPS, schools, GOPSy). The main objective of CUW is to implement a common policy on sub-national IT governance, the opening up and reuse of publ data. It will be carried out according to the model and based on the experience of the city of T, using the rail integrating the main local government and government platforms. CUW will ensure efficient storage and exchange of data between the institutions. ST. The design of a modern local data processing centre is intended to ensure the access of project developers to integrated, modern technology, remote systems for carrying out statutory obligations. The experience gained with the conversion of IT systems in the T and other municipalities will be made available through good practice. In the framework of the construction of the CUI, the security of data processing will be radically improved. The single and consistent data processing system aims to significantly reduce the costs of maintaining IT systems and to facilitate the operation of the application. The CUW architecture, integration and sharing mechanisms, regulatory and validation mechanisms, forms make the system a universal system for the safe, open and efficient use of the population’s intellectual and social potential and the latest information technology, and the goal is to build a collaborative platform and share experiences on smart cities between leading academic institutions, local and regional authorities and entrepreneurs. The message is to highlight the interdisciplinary nature of solutions supporting the creation and operation of a smart sub-region with e-services covering all spheres of life publ. (English) | |||

Celem Centrum będzie optymalizacja i harmonizacja zasobów oraz systemów gromadzenia danych, przetwarzania, obróbki, udostępniania i wymieniania danych, wykorzystywanych przez instytucje samorządowe, uwzględniające zarówno urzędy gmin (jst), jak i ich podległe jednostki organizacyjne (np. DPS, szkoły, GOPS-y). Głównym założeniem CUW jest realizacja wspólnej polityki subregionalnego zarządzania IT, otwarcie i ponowne wykorzystanie danych publ. Będzie ona realizowana wg modelu i na bazie doświadczeń miasta T z wykorzystaniem szyny integrującej podstawowe platformy samorząd. i rządowe. CUW zapewni efektywne przechowywanie i wymianę danych pomiędzy instytucjami samorząd. ST . Projektowane nowoczesne centrum przetwarzania danych samorządowych ma zapewnić dostęp jednostek realizujących projekt do zintegrowanych, nowoczesnych technolog, zdalnych systemów umożliwiających realizację ustawowych obowiązków. Doświadczenia pozyskane w ramach przebudowy systemów informatycznych w T. jak i w innych gminach zostaną udostępnione w postaci dobrych praktyk. W ramach budowy CUW diametralnie poprawi się bezpieczeństwo przetwarzania danych. Jednolity i spójny system przetwarzania danych ma na celu w znacznym stopniu zredukować koszty utrzymania systemów IT i ułatwić obsługę aplikacji. Architektura CUW, mechanizmy integracji i udostępniania, kreatory reguł i walidacji, formularzy czynią system uniwersalnym bezpiecznie, otwartym i efektywnie wykorzystującym potencjał intelektualny i społ. mieszkańców oraz najnowsze technologie informacyjne, zaś celem – budowa płaszczyzny współpracy i wymiany doświadczeń dotyczących inteligentnych miast między wiodącymi ośrodkami akademickimi, władzami samorząd. i przedsiębiorcami. Gł. przesłaniem jest podkreślenie interdyscyplinarego charakteru rozwiązań wspierających tworzenie i funkcjonowanie inteligentnego subregionu z e-usługami obejmującymi wszystkie sfery życia publ.
