The project is geared towards the delivery of public e-services. The project will implement new IT solutions to digitise processes and administrative procedures that are widely used. The project will purchase software for the implementation of 8 e-services, the software will create one single IT system, which will be composed of: 1. Public Services Local Public Services Portal 2. Electronic document workflow module, 3. The e-Services modules (local tax module, waste management module, Filing system) will be integrated into the current IT system in place in the municipality. The project will provide 4 e-services with a proven level of maturity 5 (personalisation). Projekt jest zorientowany na realizację e-usług publicznych. W ramach projektu zostaną wdrożone nowe rozwiązania IT służące cyfryzacji procesów i procedur administracyjnych, które będą powszechnie wykorzystywane. W ramach projektu zakupione zostanie oprogramowanie dla wdrożenia 8 e-usług, oprogramowanie będzie tworzyło jeden jednolity system informatyczny, w skład którego będą wchodziły: 1. Gminny Portal Usług Publicznych 2. Moduł elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów, 3. Moduły poszczególnych e-Usług (moduł podatków lokalnych, moduł gospodarki odpadami, moduł ewidencyjny) Zakupione oprogramowanie w ramach przedmiotowego konkursu będzie zintegrowane z obecnie użytkowanym systemem informatycznym funkcjonującym w gminie. W ramach projektu będą udostępnione 4 e-usługi o udowodnionym poziomie dojrzałości 5 (personalizacja). Bezpośrednim wynikiem projektu będzie udostępnienie następujących elektronicznych usług publicznych: • Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od nieruchomości, rolny, leśny osób fizycznych (A2C/A2B) – poziom 5 • Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od nieruchomości, rolny, leśny osób prawnych (A2B) – poziom 5 • Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od środków transportowych (A2B/A2C) – poziom 5 • Elektroniczna obsługa zobowiązania z tytułu wywozu odpadów komunalnych (A2C / A2B) – poziom 5 • Informacje o mieniu gminy (wyszukiwarka) (A2C / A2B) – poziom 1 • Informacje budżetowe: dochody budżetu wg klasyfikacji: plan i wykonanie, wydatki budżetu wg klasyfikacji: plan i wykonanie (A2C / A2B) – poziom 1 • Stan spraw osób fizycznych i prawnych - udostępnienie informacji dotyczących: np. znaku sprawy, przewidywanego terminu zakończenia, osoby prowadzącej (A2C / A2B) – poziom 1 • Udostępnienie informacji o korespondencji np. data wpływu, znak sprawy, nr korespondencji (A2C / A2B) – poziom 1 W ramach projektu zakupiona również zostanie infrastruktura sprzętowa w postaci: Serwer -2 szt., Firewall-1 szt., Archiwizacja-1 szt., Zasilacz UPS-1 szt., Stacje robocze-4 szt., (Polish)
