The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education and the development of the individualisation of teaching for 150 pupils at Primary School No 2 and Primary School No 18 in Płock by implementing additional teaching activities in key competences, therapies and professional development of 31 teachers, within a period of 23 months of the project. The objective will be achieved, inter alia, through the implementation of additional activities: teaching and quarrying., developing, individual therapies, as well as by implementing various forms of teacher training for the above establishments and equipping them with the necessary equipment and teaching materials. The planned tasks will contribute to the achievement of the objectives and objectives of the gap, by taking into account the individual needs of the students and resulting from SP 2 and SP 18, identified by the Leading Authority, diagnosis of needs and problem situations. The project is in line with national legislation, including the Law of the Public Procurement Act (PZP) and the principle of sustainable development. The planned number of hours for school pupils and time periods for teacher training have been adapted to their individual needs and possibilities and will ensure that the project’s objectives and results are achieved. The duration of the project shall not exceed 24 mcy and shall be sufficient to achieve the objectives, the indicators and take remedial action in the event of difficulties. A project in line with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities. (English)

    Gł. celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia i rozwój indywidualizacji nauczania dla 150 uczniów w Szkole Podstawowej nr 2 i Szkole Podstawowej nr 18 w Płocku poprzez realizację dodatkowych zajęć dydaktycznych rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe, terapii i doskonalenie zawodowego 31 nauczycieli, w okresie 23 m-cy realizacji projektu. Cel gł. zostanie osiągnięty m.in. poprzez realizację dodatkowych zajęć: dydaktyczno-wyrówn., rozwijających, terapii indywidualnych, jak również poprzez realizację różnych form doskonalenia nauczycieli ww. placówek i wyposażenie ich w niezbędny sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne. Zaplanowane zadania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia celu gł. i celów szczeg., poprzez uwzględnienie indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych uczniów i wynikają z przeprowadzonych przez SP 2 i SP 18 diagnoz potrzeb i sytuacji problemowych, zatwierdzonych przez organ prowadzący. Projekt jest zgodny z prawodawstwem krajowym, w tym z ustawą PZP i zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju. Zaplanowana liczba godz. zajęć dla uczniów i terminy realizacji szkoleń dla nauczycieli zostały dostosowane do ich indywidualnych potrzeb i możliwości i zapewnią osiągnięcie zakładanych w projekcie celów i rezultatów. Okres realizacji projektu nie przekracza 24 mcy i jest wystarczający by osiągnąć cele, wskaźniki i podjąć czynności zaradcze w przypadku trudności. Projekt zgodny z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. (Polish)
