The project consists of purchasing from the contractor selected during the tender procedure an innovative service in the field of advanced market research and pre-user analysis based on the inclusion of end-users in the process of developing a new product of living lab, taking into account at least two test cycles in order to optimise the final results of the project. The provision of the service is necessary in view of the planned implementation of the product technological innovation rate in the product. The company plans to introduce into the offer a new product for reading information from the production lines to the extent of, for example, existing downtime, their duration, so far, etc.. The tool will be constructed of the sensor with the monitoring device for its modification and software. The new product will be fed to the manufacturing companies and will allow the production process to be optimised, to introduce measures to reduce production and to lower the cost of improvement. In order to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of innovation and reduce the risk of failure of the project, the company has decided to have recourse to innovative services provided by specialised bodies in order to obtain professional material support and to prepare for the implementation of innovation. The service will be carried out in three consecutive steps: 1. Carrying out advanced market intelligence related to the planned deployment of technological innovation in the form of a machine reading tool from production lines; 2. Conducting a pre-implementation analysis to define the functional requirements and technological capabilities of the tool and the firm’s ability to implement innovations; 3. Carrying out a minimum of two test cycles based on the inclusion of end-users in order to optimise the final results of the project. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup od wybranego w toku postępowania ofertowego Wykonawcy, usługi proinnowacyjnej w zakresie zaawansowanych badań rynkowych i analiz przedwdrożeniowych opartych na włączeniu użytkowników końcowych do procesu rozwoju nowego produktu usługi living lab, które uwzględniają co najmniej dwa cykle testów w celu optymalizacji wyników końcowych projektu. Realizacja usługi jest niezbędna z uwagi na planowane wdrożenie w firmie apps zone Karol Szopa innowacji technologicznej w zakresie produktu. Przedsiębiorstwo planuje wprowadzić do oferty nowy produkt narzędzie do sczytywania informacji z linii produkcyjnych w zakresie np. występujących przestojów, czasu ich trwania, pory występowania, itp.. Narzędzie zbudowane będzie z czujnika wraz z urządzeniem monitorującym jego zmiany oraz oprogramowaniem sczytującym. Nowy produkt kierowany będzie do przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych i pozwoli na optymalizację procesu produkcyjnego, wprowadzanie działań w zakresie zarzadzania produkcją, a przy tym na obniżenie kosztów usprawnień. W celu zapewnienia skutecznego i efektywnego wdrożenia innowacji oraz ograniczenia ryzyka niepowodzenia przedsięwzięcia, firma podjęła decyzję o konieczności skorzystania z usług proinnowacyjnych świadczonych przez specjalistyczne podmioty, co pozwoli na pozyskanie profesjonalnego wsparcia merytorycznego i przygotowanie do wdrożenia innowacji. Usługa zrealizowana zostanie w toku trzech następujących po sobie zadań: 1. Przeprowadzenie zaawansowanych badań rynkowych związanych z planowanym wdrożeniem innowacji technologicznej w postaci narzędzia do odczytu informacji z linii produkcyjnych; 2. Przeprowadzenie analizy przedwdrożeniowej w celu określenia wymagań funkcjonalnych i możliwości technologicznych narzędzia oraz zdolności firmy w zakresie wdrożenia innowacji; 3. Przeprowadzenie minimum dwóch cykli testów opartych o włączenie użytkowników końcowych w celu optymalizacji wyników końcowych projektu. (Polish)
