The purpose of the project is to evaluate the 2014-2020 Mazowieckie Regional Operational Programme. The evaluation will be implemented through the following actions: (a) ensure adequate human resources and financial means to conduct evaluations; (b) the design and monitoring of the evaluation plan for the ROP MP 2014-2020; (c) carrying out the evaluation tests in accordance with the evaluation plan for the ROP MP 2014-2020; dissemination of evaluation results; to appoint, operate and participate in the meetings of the evaluation steering group of the relevant ROP MP 2014-2020; (f) coordinating the use of evaluation results; cooperation with KJE in the preparation of documents relating to the implementation of the evaluation process of cohesion policy in Poland; cooperation with the Community and the Commission in ex-post evaluations and other evaluations on the initiative of these actors; (I) cooperation and exchange of information on the evaluation of the ROP MP 2014-2020 with the institutions involved in the programming and implementation of the 2014-2020 ROP MP at regional level, the social partners and other bodies active in the field of evaluation; (K) the submission to the institutions competent for the coordination of the 2014-2020 ROP MP about the progress and results of the evaluation process; (L) the implementation, including in cooperation with the Sanctions Committee, of actions to develop the evaluation capacity and culture, in particular as regards the competence of the areas covered by the intervention ROP MP 2014-2020. Projekt ma na celu prowadzenie ewaluacji Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Mazowieckiego na lata 2014-2020. Ewaluacja będzie realizowana poprzez następujące działania: a) zapewnienie odpowiednich zasobów kadrowych i środków finansowych do prowadzenia ewaluacji; b) opracowanie i monitorowanie planu ewaluacji RPO WM 2014-2020; c) realizację badań ewaluacyjnych zgodnie z planem ewaluacji RPO WM 2014-2020; d) rozpowszechnianie wyników ewaluacji; e) powoływanie, obsługę i udział w spotkaniach grupy sterującej ewaluacją danego RPO WM 2014-2020; f) koordynację procesu wykorzystania wyników ewaluacji; g) współpracę z KJE przy przygotowywaniu dokumentów odnoszących się do realizacji procesu ewaluacji polityki spójności w Polsce; h) współpracę z KJE oraz KE przy ewaluacji ex post oraz innych ewaluacjach realizowanych z inicjatywy tych podmiotów; i) współpracę i wymianę informacji w zakresie procesu ewaluacji RPO WM 2014-2020 z instytucjami zaangażowanymi w programowanie i wdrażanie RPO WM 2014-2020 na poziomie regionalnym, z partnerami społecznymi oraz innymi podmiotami działającymi w obszarze ewaluacji; k) przedkładanie instytucjom właściwym dla koordynacji RPO WM 2014-2020 informacji o przebiegu i wynikach procesu ewaluacji; l) realizacja, także we współpracy z KJE działań mających na celu rozwój potencjału i kultury ewaluacyjnej, w szczególności w zakresie właściwości obszarów objętych interwencją RPO WM 2014-2020.
