In the framework of the project participants/participants shall be provided with participation in the following forms of support: Courses capable of obtaining and completing the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications (completed by an external examination and obtaining a certificate). Cel główny: Uzyskanie kwalifikacji w zawodzie przez min. 90% z grupy 102 osób dorosłych z terenu subregionu radomskiego województwa mazowieckiego, zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć kształcenia formalnego (w tym 10K i 90M) o niskich kwalifikacjach w okresie 01.03.2017-30.04.2018r. dostosowanych do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy. Grupę docelową stanowi 102 osób dorosłych (w tym 10K i 92M), zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć kształcenia formalnego (podnoszenia, uzupełniania kwalifikacji lub ich formalnego potwierdzenia) lub uczestniczących z własnej inicjatywy w szkoleniach i kursach. Projekt przyczyni się do podniesienia umiejętności oraz uzyskania kwalifikacji zawodowych osób zamieszkujących obszary wiejskie, które stanowić będą min. 60% uczestników. Projekt skierowany jest do grup docelowych z terenu subregionu radomskiego województwa mazowieckiego. W ramach projektu uczestnicy/uczestniczki mają zapewniony udział w następujących formach wsparcia: Kursy umożliwiające uzyskiwanie i uzupełnianie wiedzy, umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych (zakończone egzaminem zewnętrznym i uzyskaniem certyfikatu).
