Participants in the project will be students and teachers of the Group 4 of Vocational Education Schools in Ostrołęka. The main objective of the project will be to contribute to the specific objective of the ROP MP 2014-2020: “Increasing the employability of school and vocational education and training (VET) students”, this will be done by: Key competences, uniforms and skills courses, — equipping schools with modern smoke equipment, — providing placements with employers who have experience, training and internships for teachers — setting up a Scottish Career Centre. Main effects: 1.Number of students enrolled in apprenticeship placements in pracodawcy-120os./K97 2.l. of pupils from ZSR4, K194 4.L. of pupils receiving support in the field of development of key competences and universal -240os./K194 5.l. of persons covered by training/vocational courses under programu-246os./K200 6.l. schools and vocational training facilities benefiting from the retrofitting acquired with EFS-1 7.L.. of the teachers supported in the project — 6, K6 Tasks: 1.Vocational training. 2. CELEM GŁÓWNYM jest wzrost efektywności i skuteczności szkolnictwa zawodowego w ZSZ nr 4, tak aby odpowiadało na potrzeby rynku pracy i wyzwania gospodarki opartej na wiedzy, poprzez podnoszenie umiejętności oraz uzyskiwanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez 240 uczniów ZSZ nr 4 w Ostrołęce, w tym 194 kobiety, (szkolenia, staże, doradztwo zawodowe), a także podniesienie kwalifikacji i kompetencji 6 nauczycieli zawodu, w tym 6 kobiet, poprzez studia podyplomowe, szkolenia i staże oraz dostosowanie kształcenia zaw. do potrzeb rynku pracy poprzez doposażenie ZSZ nr 4 w Ostrołęce w nowoczesny sprzęt (urządzenia/maszyny) i materiały dydaktyczne, w terminie od 01.09.2019 do 31.08.2022. Uczestnikami projektu będą uczniowie i nauczyciele Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych nr 4 w Ostrołęce. Cel główny projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego RPO WM 2014-2020: "Zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczniów szkół i placówek oświatowych kształcenia zawodowego", odbędzie się to poprzez: - zajęcia podnoszące kompetencje kluczowe, umiejętności uniwer. oraz kursy umiejętności zaw., - doposażeniu szkoły w nowoczesny sprzęt dyd., - zrealizowanie staży u pracodawców podnoszących doświadczenie, - szkolenia i staże dla nauczycieli, - tworzenie Szkolnego Centrum Kariery. Główne efekty: 1.Liczba uczniów uczestniczących w stażach u pracodawcy-120os./K97 2.L. uczniów z ZSZ nr4, którzy wzięli udział w programie-240, K194 4.L. uczniów objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych i uniwersalnych -240os./K194 5.L. osób objętych szkoleniami/kursami zawodowymi w ramach programu-246os./K200 6.L. szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS-1 7.L.. nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w projekcie - 6, K6 Zadania: 1.Szkolenia zawodowe. 2.
