Projekt polega na wymianie urządzeń grzewczych w budynkach komunalnych oraz w ramach projektu parasolowego w gospodarstwach domowych. Poza wymianą urządzeń grzewczych, w budynkach komunalnych oraz w budynku liceum wykonana zostanie głęboka termomodernizacja każdego z budynków. W ramach budynku na ul.
