The object of the project is the construction of a connecting hub in the area of the railway station and the bus bay in Łochów. The activities planned to be carried out as part of the project will contribute to: A. to reduce air pollution by promoting low-emission public transport and cycling by reducing and calming car traffic in Łochów, reducing nuisance and developing a cycle infrastructure for communication; B. the development of urban mobility of inhabitants of Łochowa, i.e. the availability of public transport services, also bearing in mind environmental considerations, by setting up such a hub that will perform functions: park & ride/bike & ride and implementation of integrated transport management systems with dynamic passenger information. The project was divided into the following tasks: 1. The feasibility study; 2. Construction of the connecting hub, including: to implement the design documentation of the P + R parking area to construct a series of P + R in the construction of a cycle path, with a communication function to the construction of a bus bay 3. Project promotion; 4. Investor supervision. The direct beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Łochów, in partnership with ‘Koleje Mazowieckie — KM’ sp. z o.o. and PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. The beneficiaries of the project will be: the inhabitants of Łochów municipality, the inhabitants of the region where the municipality is located, local entrepreneurs and tourists and transporters are located. The main purpose of the project is to increase the mobility of the inhabitants of the municipality of Łochów and to reduce air pollution by integrating the public transport (bus and rail) with individual communications by means of the construction of a connecting hub in Łochów. As a result of the project, a connecting interchange will be put at the disposal of the inhabitants, integrating the organic means of transport, i.e. public transport, cycling and travel with individual transport. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa węzła przesiadkowego w rejonie dworca kolejowego i zatoki autobusowej w Łochowie. Działania zaplanowane do realizacji w ramach projektu przyczynią się do: A. ograniczenia zanieczyszczeń powietrza poprzez promocję niskoemisyjnego transportu publicznego oraz transportu rowerowego poprzez ograniczenie i uspokojenie ruchu samochodowego w Łochowie, zmniejszenie jego uciążliwości oraz rozwój infrastruktury rowerowej pełniącej rolę komunikacyjną; B. rozwoju mobilności miejskiej mieszkańców Łochowa czyli dostępności do oferty transportu zbiorowego, mając na uwadze również względy ekologiczne, poprzez uruchomienia takiego centrum przesiadkowego, które będzie pełniło funkcje: park & ride / bike & ride i wdrożenie zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania transportem wraz z dynamiczną informacją pasażerską. Realizacja projektu podzielona została na następujące zadania: 1. Studium wykonalności; 2. Budowa węzła przesiadkowego w tym: o Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej parkingu P+R o Budowa parkingu P+R o Budowa ścieżki rowerowej pełniącej funkcję komunikacyjną o Budowa zatoki autobusowej 3. Promocja projektu; 4. Nadzór inwestorski. Bezpośrednim beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Łochów w partnerstwie z „Koleje Mazowieckie - KM" sp. z o.o. oraz PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Pośrednimi beneficjentami projektu będą: mieszkańcy Gminy Łochów, mieszkańcy regionu, w którym zlokalizowana jest gmina, lokalni przedsiębiorcy oraz turyści i przewoźnicy. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost mobilności mieszkańców gminy Łochów oraz ograniczanie zanieczyszczeń powietrza poprzez integrację komunikacji zbiorowej (autobusowej i kolejowej) z komunikacją indywidualną poprzez budowę węzła przesiadkowego w Łochowie. W wyniku realizacji projektu do dyspozycji mieszkańców oddany zostanie węzeł przesiadkowy, integrujący ekologiczne środki transportu, tj. transport zbiorowy, transport rowerowy oraz przemieszczenie piesze z indywidualnym transportem (Polish)
