The project is a comprehensive strategic programme of the Gm. The municipality has commissioned audits to identify the state of play of the current and necessary actions. The municipality has planned measures to improve the state of 3 public buildings by means of deep renovation. The project will be implemented at 100 % in the rural area. The project will improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions of harmful substances (CO2) and reduce the cost of maintaining and operating public buildings. The implementation of the investment will improve the level of equipment of the municipality in the social infrastructure, increase its spatial coherence in this area with other areas of the region and improve the area’s attractiveness in the eyes of current and future residents. The objective will be achieved by providing the municipalities with quality educational infrastructure that is energy efficient, in line with the adopted policies of local authorities, which aim at the sustainable development of the entire municipality. Investment will improve the state of the environment, also in the vicinity of Natura 2000 sites. The project will reduce CO2 emissions by 64.9 % as a result of comprehensive thermomodernisation measures; to improve the energy standard of the buildings covered by the project to an average of 89 kWh/(m² × year); reduce pollution by reducing energy use by 50.8 %; increase the production of energy from renewable sources (0.59 MW) by means of an assembly of heat pumps, photovoltaic cells and solar installations; to prevent further risks of pollution. The target group is the head of the municipality. The project has a positive impact on the environment, on equal opportunities or on gender. Projekt to kompleksowy, strategiczny program Gm. Małkinia Górna, będącej bezpośrednim beneficjentem wsparcia strukturalnego oraz wykonawcą instytucjonalnym (inwestorem, zamawiającym). Gmina zleciła opracowanie audytów w celu określenia stanu obecnego i koniecznych działań. Gmina zaplanowała działania służące poprawie stanu 3 budynków użyteczności publicznej dzięki przeprowadzeniu ich głębokiej termomodernizacji. Projekt będzie realizowany w 100% na terenach gm. wiejskiej. Projekt wpłynie na poprawę efektywności energetycznej, ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych substancji (CO2) oraz obniżenie kosztów utrzymania i eksploatacji budynków użyteczności publicznej. Realizacja inwestycji poprawi stopień wyposażenia gminy w infrastrukturę społeczną, zwiększy jej spójność przestrzenną w tym zakresie z innymi obszarami województwa oraz poprawi atrakcyjność obszaru w opinii obecnych i przyszłych mieszkańców. Cel będzie zrealizowany poprzez udostępnienie mieszkańcom gminy wysokiej jakości infrastruktury edukacyjnej, efektywnej energetycznie, zgodnie z przyjętą polityką władz lokalnych, które dążą do zrównoważonego rozwoju całej gminy. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji poprawie ulegnie stan środowiska naturalnego, także w pobliżu obszarów Natura 2000. Projekt pozwoli ograniczyć emisję CO2 o 64,9% w wyniku kompleksowych działań termomodernizacyjnych; podwyższyć standard energetyczny budynków objętych projektem do średniego poziomu 89 kWh/(m2 × rok); zredukować zanieczyszczenia dzięki ograniczeniu zużycia energii o 50,8%; zwiększyć produkcję energii z odnawialnych źródeł (0,59 MW) dzięki montażowi pomp ciepła, ogniw fotowoltaicznych i instalacji solarnej; zapobiegać dalszym zagrożeniom zanieczyszczenia środowiska. Grupa docelowa to gł. mieszkańcy Gminy. Projekt wpływa pozytywnie na ochr. środowiska, równość szans czy płci.
