The project consists of the placing on the market of new and significantly improved products through the implementation of R & D results carried out on behalf of POS-PLASTIC. Products resulting from the project: Box E2, mushroom spawn and soft fruit, plastic, has been transformed from plastic materials by applying, in addition to product innovation, a process based on the latest market technology for plastics, which is the author’s process of recycling plastics. Metal components from transformed materials will be eliminated as many as 3 times the process, an anti-bacterial mixture will be added, and the material is omitted which is the next step in the milling of the plastic. This will allow to eliminate the pressing process of unnecessary degradation of the material. All of this will translate into products of high quality and antimicrobial properties. The new offer will be made available to companies in the poultry and food sectors, food and horticultural sectors, as well as producers of plastic packaging. The material scope will be implemented in two steps, including between 02.2017 and 06.2018 and will include the purchase of: injection-moulding, injection moulds, recycling lines, optical sorter, screw compressors. The total production will be supported in addition to the purchased communication system with the customer (the use of ICT) and the EU co-financing of the project will be promoted through planned information and promotion activities. In addition, the project foresees, inter alia, a continuation of cooperation with the R & D contractor, an increase in employment, a positive impact on the environment, the involvement of more than the required own contribution, or the practical training of the persons covered by support under 10iv. The project is in line with RIS for Mazovia. The Company’s main objective is to improve competitiveness and innovation and, inter alia, to diversify the offer, to acquire new customers, to commercialise research results, to increase employment, to become less dependent on suppliers of raw materials. Projekt polega na wprowadzeniu na rynek nowych i znacząco udoskonalonych produktów poprzez wdrożenie wyników prac B+R przeprowadzonych na zlecenie POS-PLASTIC. Produkty będące wynikiem projektu tj. Skrzynka E2, Skrzynka na pieczarki i owoce miękkie, Przemiał z tworzyw sztucznych powstały dzięki zastosowaniu oprócz innowacji produktowej jednocześnie procesowej, którą jest autorski proces recyklingu tworzyw sztucznych, oparty o najnowsze rynkowe technologie. W procesie tym aż 3-krotnie eliminowane będą elementy metalowe z przerabianego tworzywa, dodana zostanie mieszanka antybakteryjna oraz pominięta zostanie regranulacja tworzywa stanowiący kolejny etap obróbki przemiału. Pozwoli to wyeliminować proces wytłaczania, który jest niepotrzebną degradacją tworzywa. Wszystko to przełoży się na produkty o wysokiej jakości i właściwościach antybakteryjnych. Nowa oferta będzie skierowana do firm z branży drobiarskiej i mięsnej, spożywczej, rolno-sadowniczej oraz producentów opakowań z tworzyw sztucznych. Zakres rzeczowy realizowany będzie w dwóch etapach, łącznie od 02.2017 do 06.2018 i obejmie zakup: wtryskarek, form wtryskowych, linii do recyklingu, sortera optycznego, sprężarki śrubowej. Całość produkcji wspierana będzie dodatkowo zakupionym systemem komunikacji z klientem (zastosowanie TIK), a współfinansowanie projektu ze środków UE będzie promowane poprzez zaplanowane działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Ponadto w projekcie przewidziano m.in. kontynuację współpracy z wykonawcą prac B+R, wzrost zatrudnienia, pozytywny wpływ na środowisko, zaangażowanie większego niż wymagany wkładu własnego, czy szkolenia praktyczne osób objętych wsparciem w ramach 10iv. Projekt jest zgodny z RIS dla Mazowsza. Głównym celem Spółki jest poprawa konkurencyjności i innowacyjności, a poza tym m.in. zróżnicowanie oferty, pozyskanie nowych klientów, skomercjalizowanie wyników badań, zwiększenie zatrudnienia, uniezależnienie się od dostawców surowca.
