The aim of the project is to develop a series of 60 innovative, internationally professional dermatocosmetics for adults affected by dermatology with various aetiology. Preparations with modern peptide and non-ionic components of precious metals and biochromic fora are intended to be used in the surgeries of beauty and home-use in order to reduce skin hyperactivity in adults. For the development of a series, a group of problems were identified: common whelk and lacrimal skin, common whelk (juvenile) and adult tricks, psoriasis, elbow dermatitis (LZS), dermatitis atrotis (AZS). The groups of these problems have been analysed in light of the limited effectiveness of the activities that are currently being made available to the corncrake. The new preparations will have a high antimicrobial and anti-fungal effect and high regenerative efficiency through the innovative combination of antibiotic peptide systems and the selected non-ionic particles of precious metal. Used antibiotic peptides will also be active in relation to drug-resistant pathogens responsible for the majority of dermatosis. The project will be implemented on the basis of the purchased TRL V test results, whereas the final technology corresponding to TRL IX will be developed and tested under simulated operational conditions. We foresee two tasks in industrial research and two tasks in development, the project will end at the initial production stage. The project will be carried out with the participation of end-users. The project will result in further growth of the company, increased sales (country and exports), further development of the R & D division, increased competitiveness and uptake of innovative technologies. Implementation of the project results will take place at the Applicant’s production site in Łomianki. Project implementation period from 01.07.2018 to 30.06.2019 (English)

    Celem Projektu jest opracowanie serii 60 innowacyjnych w skali międzynarodowej profesjonalnych dermokosmetyków dedykowanych dla osób dorosłych dotkniętych dermatozami o różnej etiologii (Innowacja Produktowa). Preparaty z nowoczesnymi układami peptydowymi i niejonowymi cząsteczki metali szlachetnych oraz bio-chromoforami - przeznaczone będą do zabiegów w gabinetach kosmetycznych oraz do użytku domowego w celu redukcji nadreaktywności skórnej u osób dorosłych. Dla opracowania serii dermokosmetyków wytypowano takie grupy problemów: trądzik różowaty i skóra naczynkowa, trądzik pospolity (młodzieńczy) i trądzik dorosłych, łuszczyca, łojotokowe zapalenie skóry (ŁZS), atopowe zapalenie skóry (AZS). Grupy tych problemów przeanalizowano pod kątem uzyskiwanej niewielkiej skuteczności działania dostępnych obecnie dermokuracji. Nowe preparaty zyskają wysoką skuteczność antybakteryjną i antygrzybiczą oraz wysoką skuteczność regeneracyjno-naprawczą dzięki innowacyjnemu połączeniu układów peptydowych o charakterze antybiotycznym oraz wytypowanych niejonowych cząsteczek metali szlachetnych. Zastosowane peptydy o charakterze antybiotycznym będą aktywne także wobec lekoopornych patogenów odpowiedzialnych za większość dermatoz. Projekt będzie realizowany w oparciu o zakupione dokumentacje wyników badań będących na TRL V, natomiast ostateczna technologia odpowiadająca TRL IX zostanie opracowana i przetestowana w symulowanych warunkach operacyjnych. Przewidujemy dwa zadania w badaniach przemysłowych i dwa zadania w pracach rozwojowych, projekt zakończy się na etapie pierwszej produkcji. Projekt będzie realizowany przy współudziale końcowych użytkowników. Realizacja projektu przyniesie dalszy rozwój firmy, wzrost sprzedaży (kraj i eksport), dalszy rozwój działu B+R, wzrost konkurencyjności i absorpcji innowacyjnych technologii.
