The project for the thermal modernisation of the two public buildings located in the village of Klembów, which is the subject of the application for funding, consists of a set of tasks which are set out in detail in the feasibility study in SubChapter 5.4. The subject of the request will be only those tasks whose cost of implementation falls within the category of eligible costs in the context of the Competition and, at the same time, the implementation of which results directly from the energy audits carried out, and the preparatory, investment and investment activities, the eligibility of which results from the rules on eligibility of expenditure under the ROP MP. The project also included the cost of carrying out energy audits at the end of the investment. The feasibility study shows that it is justified to cover this project in the 2014-2020 ROP MP because of: 1. Degree of improvement of the energy efficiency of the building team 68.92 % (69.17 % UG Klemb, 68.84 % ZS) 2. An increase in the energy standard of the building unit, expressed by an index of EPH + in — 61.87 kWh/(m² x year) 3. Cost efficiency — PLN 4,70/kWh/year 4. CO2-reduction of 66.6 % 5. In each of the buildings, 6 tasks will be carried out affecting the complexity of the thermomodernisation measures — Table 1.1 of the Feasibility Study, including the use of RES by means of the construction of a photovoltaic installation on the building of the Office of Klembów 6. The investment is included in the adopted Low Carbon Economy Plan for the Municipality of Klembów, available at www.klembow.pl The indicators presented are at a level above the experience of existing aid instruments published in Poland. The investment project being prepared for the implementation of the project shall include all tasks that result in the creation of a fully operational and operational infrastructure without the need for additional investment tasks not included in the project.     Projekt termomodernizacji dwóch budynków użyteczności publicznej znajdujących się na terenie wiejskiej Gminy Klembów, będących przedmiotem wniosku o dofinansowanie, składa się z zestawu zadań, które zostały szczegółowo przedstawione w Studium Wykonalności w Podrozdziale 5.4. Przedmiotem wniosku będą jedynie te zadania, których koszt realizacji należy do kategorii kosztów kwalifikowanych w ramach Konkursu, a równocześnie których wykonanie wynika bezpośrednio z przeprowadzonych audytów energetycznych, oraz prace przygotowawcze, inwestycyjne i związane z procesem inwestycyjnym, których kwalifikowalność wynika z Zasad Kwalifikowalności Wydatków w ramach RPO WM. W projekcie ujęty został również koszt przeprowadzenia audytów energetycznych po zakończeniu inwestycji. Studium Wykonalności wykazuje, że uzasadnione jest objęcie tego przedsięwzięcia wsparciem w ramach RPO WM 2014-2020, ze względu na: 1. Stopień poprawy efektywności energetycznej zespołu budynków – 68,92% (69,17%-UG Klembów, 68,84% ZS Ostrówek) 2. Podwyższenie standardu energetycznego zespołu budynków, wyrażone wskaźnikiem EPh + w – 61,87kWh/(m2 x rok) 3. Efektywność kosztowa – 4,70zł/ kWh/rok 4. Stopień redukcji CO2 - 66,6% 5. W każdym z budynków, wykonane zostanie 6 zadań wpływających na kompleksowość działań termomodernizacyjnych – tabela 1.1 Studium Wykonalności, m.in. wykorzystane zostanie OZE poprzez budowę instalacji fotowoltaicznej na budynku Urzędu Gminy Klembów 6. Inwestycja jest ujęta w przyjętym Planie Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Klembów, dostępnym na www.klembow.pl Zaprezentowane wskaźniki są na poziomie przewyższającym doświadczenia dotychczasowych instrumentów pomocowych publikowanych w Polsce. Przygotowywany do realizacji projekt inwestycyjny obejmuje wszystkie zadania, które sprawiają, że efektem realizacji projektu jest stworzenie w pełni funkcjonalnej i operacyjnej infrastruktury, bez konieczności realizacji dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych nie uwzględnionych w tym proje (Polish)
