The project involves carrying out industrial research and development activities that lead to the development of an innovative product, Nano-Perfeum. The product will be transparent perfume in the form of water based nanoparticles. The Nano-Perfeum formation will not be the ethyl alcohol that is widely used in traditional perfumery products. In addition, the elimination of synthetic preservatives and allergenic substances, i.e. fragrance allergens, is assumed. This will make it possible to create a safe and unique perfumery product on the world market. The main objectives of the project are to: The creation of a product for perfume without alcohol, safe for children, young people, people who are susceptible to irritation and skin allergies and all the affected fragrance compounds, the development of a product that allows for flexibility in the selection of packaging (including plastic), the development of the transfer of knowledge between the science sector and the business sector — the project will be carried out jointly between the Applicant — Finea Sp. z o.o. and Partner — Tadeusz Kościuszki Kraków. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the conduct of industrial research in the framework of the activities I, II and III and the development work under Action IV. The project will have a total duration of 19 months (2.11.2016-31.05.2018, last month for promotion). Industrial research will be composed of 3 tasks. Within this framework, stable nanoemulsion systems, compatible with selected fragrance compositions, assessed and tested microbiological stability, chemical and physico-chemical properties of the formulation, will be developed, as well as an assessment of the impact of the raw material, from which the packaging quality of the formulation and its selection will be carried out. During the development phase a prototype will be developed, sensory testing, application and safety assessment of the finished product. (English) | |||

Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych oraz prac rozwojowych, których efektem ma być opracowanie innowacyjnego produktu – Nano-Perfum. Produkt stanowić będą transparentne perfumy w postaci nanoemulsji na bazie wody. W składzie Nano-Perfum nie znajdować się będzie alkohol etylowy, który jest powszechnie wykorzystywany w tradycyjnych produktach perfumeryjnych. Dodatkowo, zakłada się eliminację syntetycznych konserwantów oraz substancji alergizujących tj. alergeny zapachowe. Pozwoli to stworzyć bezpieczny i unikalny produkt perfumeryjny na rynku światowym. Do głównych celów projektu należą: - stworzenie produktu perfumeryjnego bez alkoholu, bezpiecznego dla dzieci, młodzieży, osób podatnych na podrażnienia i alergie skórne oraz wszystkich zainteresowanych stworzonymi kompozycjami zapachowymi, - opracowanie produktu pozwalającego na dowolność w doborze opakowań (również z tworzyw sztucznych), - rozwój transferu wiedzy pomiędzy sektorem nauki a sektorem przedsiębiorstw – projekt realizowany będzie wspólnie pomiędzy Wnioskodawcą – Finea Sp. z o.o. oraz Partnerem – Politechniką Krakowską im. Tadeusza Kościuszki. Osiągnięcie wskazanych celów projektu będzie możliwe dzięki prowadzeniu badań przemysłowych w ramach działań I, II i III oraz prac rozwojowych w ramach działania IV. Łącznie projekt trwał będzie 19 miesięcy (2.11.2016 – 31.05.2018, ostatni miesiąc na promocję). Badania przemysłowe składać się będą z 3 zadań. W ich ramach zostaną kolejno opracowane stabilne układy nanoemulsyjne, kompatybilne z wybranymi kompozycjami zapachowymi, oceniona i zbadana stabilność mikrobiologiczna, chemiczna i właściwości fizykochemiczne opracowanych formulacji, a również przeprowadzona ocena wpływu surowca, z którego będzie wykonane opakowanie na jakość formulacji i jego wybór. Na etapie prac rozwojowych przygotowany będzie prototyp, wykonane badania sensoryczne, aplikacyjne oraz ocena bezpieczeństwa produktu gotowego. (Polish)
