The project involves the implementation of the R & D work that will result in the development of a new methodology for the search and collection of data and subsequent profiling and recommendations of experts, critical for the global recruitment market. The new solution will be based on effective artificial intelligence algorithms to analyse different sources of expert data (competency) and employer’s needs/requirements (job offers). The implementation of the project has been divided into four main tasks to be carried out in four separate steps: Step 1 Development of an expert profile model (IIW + Connectives) Step 2 Development of Internet of Internet algorithms and discovery of text data knowledge (IISE + Connectives) Step 3 Development of expert peer review (IISE + Connectives), Step 4 Elaboration of an expert recommendation system (Connectives), Development of a prototype of an expert recommendation system (Connectives), under the first three phases of the industrial research work. The work will be carried out in parallel by the R & D Connexs Unit created for this purpose and a team of scientists from the Institute of Informatics at the Warsaw School of Technology. Step 4 is the development. This step will be entirely carried out by the Applicant on its own. R & D will generate the algorithms that will be used to build a prototype of the Experts’ System to enhance the functionality currently used by the C C_C to match employers’ and IT experts’ requirements. It is a prototype solution working on a limited database and requiring the use of artificial intelligence mechanisms in order to cover as many experts as possible on the market and to improve the search and ranking of candidates for the work of the applicant. Projekt obejmuje realizację prac B+R, których rezultatem będzie opracowanie nowej metodologii wyszukiwania i gromadzenia danych, a następnie profilowania i rekomendacji ekspertów, o przełomowym znaczeniu dla rynku rekrutacji na świecie. Nowe rozwiązanie zostanie opracowane w oparciu o skuteczne algorytmy sztucznej inteligencji służące do analizowania różnorodnych źródeł danych o ekspertach (kompetencjach) i potrzebach/wymaganiach pracodawcy (ofert pracy). Realizacja projektu została podzielona na cztery główne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach czterech oddzielnych etapów: Etap 1 Opracowanie modelu profilu eksperta (IIPW+Connectis) Etap 2 Opracowanie algorytmów eksploracji internetu oraz odkrywania wiedzy z danych tekstowych (IIPW+Connectis) Etap 3 Opracowanie metod semantycznego wyszukiwania ekspertów (IIPW+Connectis) Etap 4 Opracowanie prototypu systemu rekomendacji eksperta (Connectis) W ramach trzech pierwszych etapów będą realizowane prace o charakterze badań przemysłowych. Prace będą realizowane równolegle przez utworzony w tym celu Dział B+R Connectis oraz zespół naukowców z Instytutu Informatyki na Wydziale elektroniki Politechniki Warszawskiej. Etap 4 to prace rozwojowe.
