The project aims at raising 91 students (24K, 67M) with special needs (hereinafter SPE) from the Special Educational Centre (SP and GIM) in Żyrardów’s Special Educational Centre (SP and GIM) in Żyrardów in the Mazowieckie province of key competences, the right attitudes and skills needed in the labour market and the individualisation of work with the SPE from 01.07.2017-30.06.2019. The actions planned for implementation will also impact on equal opportunities for students from different backgrounds, both through an individual approach to work with learners, teaching and experimentation, as well as the development of key competences. Complementing the interventions targeted at the pupils, will be supported by 33 teachers through the acquisition of qualifications and competences as part of post-graduate studies, courses and training, as well as providing educational and multimedia training facilities for the facility. The project takes into account the cooperation with the parents in the process of supporting the pupils from the SPE through permanent contact with teachers throughout the project. Project activities: 1.Organisation and running extra-curricular activities with the use of an experiment of 2.Specialised concepts, to stimulate cognitive development and reduce the difficulty of students in mastering news and school skills from the SPE and to purchase assistance to carry out these activities at 3.School interschool equipment. — upgrading the key competences of 91 U (24K, 67M) to key competences in maths and science (91K, 67M) with the SPE — raising competences for 33 N (31K, 2M) by providing training, courses and studies on work with children with SPE and disabilities. Celem projektu jest podniesienie u 91 uczniów (24K, 67M) ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi (dalej SPE) ze Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego (SP i GIM) w Żyrardowie w woj. mazowieckim kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz indywidualizacja pracy z uczniem ze SPE,w okresie od 01.07.2017- 30.06.2019. Działania planowane do realizacji w projekcie wpłyną również na wyrównywanie szans uczniów z różnych środowisk, zarówno przez indywidualne podejście do pracy z uczniem, nauczanie eksperymentalne, jak również rozwój kompetencji kluczowych. Uzupełnienie interwencji adresowanych do uczniów stanowić będzie wsparcie 33 nauczycieli poprzez nabycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji w ramach studiów podyplomowych, kursów i szkoleń oraz doposażenie placówki w pomoce dydaktyczne i multimedialne. Projekt uwzględnia współpracę z rodzicami w procesie wsparcia uczniów ze SPE poprzez stały kontakt z nauczycielami w trakcie trwania całego projektu. Działania w projekcie: 1.Organizacja i prowadzenie zajęć pozalekcyjnych z zakresu nauk mat-przyrod z wykorzystaniem metody eksperymentu 2.Zajęcia specjalistyczne, prowadzone w celu stymulowania rozwoju poznawczego i zmniejszania trudności w opanowaniu wiadomości i umiejętności szkolnych przez uczniów ze SPE oraz zakup pomocy do przeprowadzenia tych zajęć 3.Wyposażenie międzyszkolnej pracowni przyrodniczej i matematycznej 4.Organizacja naukowych wycieczek poznawczo- rewalidacyjnych 5.Studia podyplomowe, kursy i szkolenia dla nauczycieli Rezultaty: - podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych z zakresu nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych u 91 U (24K,67M) - podniesienie umiej.szkolnych u 91 U (24K, 67M) ze SPE - podniesienie kompetencji u 33 N (31K, 2M) poprzez przeprowadzenie szkoleń, kursów i studiów w zakresie pracy z dziećmi ze SPE i niepełnosprawnościami.
