The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in two flames in primary schools for 387 pupils in terms of building and developing the key competences necessary for the labour market and the individualisation of the teaching process and the upgrading of the competences of 45 teachers, during the 13th month period of the project. The support will be targeted at 387 pupils and 45 N from Primary School No 1. the Płock Lake in Płock (SP1) and Primary School No 17, Tadeusz Kościuszki, in Płock (SP17). The project involves additional teaching assignments, workshops, circles of interests, innovative activities. The purpose will also be achieved by teaching subjects by nature and by nature, using an experimental approach, using ICT tools, introducing a process for the individualisation of work, with the teaching of special needs in education, and equipping the centres with the necessary equipment and teaching materials. The planned tasks will contribute to the achievement of the headline target and the specific objectives. The tasks planned in the project take into account the individual development needs of the pupils and follow the needs of the schools’ diagnosis of needs, approved by the authority. The project takes into account cooperation with parents in the process of supporting students with special needs. The schools selected for the project are at a comparable level, lower than the average of the province, the results of the external tests and have similar needs in terms of planned support and little experience with proj. THE EU. The project is in line with the ROP WM2014-2020, the SZOOP, national legislation, including the Law of the Public Procurement Act (PZP) and the principle of development. The planned number of teaching hours for pupils and teaching and improvement courses for teachers are tailored to their individual development needs and will ensure that the project’s objectives and results are achieved. The duration of the project shall not exceed 24 mcy and shall be sufficient to achieve the objectives, the indicators and take remedial action in the event of difficulties. (English)

    Gł. celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia w dwóch płockich szkołach podstawowych dla 387 uczniów w zakresie budowania i rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz indywidualizacji procesu nauczania oraz podniesienie kompetencji 45 nauczycieli, w okresie 13-tu miesięcy realizacji projektu. Wsparcie skierowane będzie do 387 uczniów i 45 N ze Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 im. Braci Jeziorowskich w Płocku w Płocku (SP1) i Szkoły Podstawowej nr 17 im.Tadeusza Kościuszki w Płocku (SP17). Projekt zakłada realizację dodatkowych zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrówn., warsztatów, kół zainteresowań, zajęć o charakterze nowatorskim. Cel gł. zostanie osiągnięty również poprzez nauczanie przedmiotów matem.-przyrod. metodą eksperymentu, wykorzystanie narzędzi TIK, wprowadzenie procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukac. i wyposażenie placówek w niezbędny sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne. Zaplanowane zadania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia celu gł. i celów szczegół. Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie uwzględniają indywidualne potrzeby rozwojowe uczniów i wynikają z przeprowadzonej przez szkoły diagnozy potrzeb, zatwierdzonej przez organ prow. Projekt uwzględnia współpracę z rodzicami w procesie wsparcia uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Szkoły wybrane do projektu osiągają porównywalne, niższe od średniej woj. wyniki z egzaminów zewnętrznych i mają podobne potrzeby w zakresie zaplanowanego wsparcia jak i małe doświadczenie w realizacji proj. UE. Projekt jest zgodny z RPO WM2014-2020,SZOOP,prawodawstwem krajowym, w tym z ustawą PZP oraz zasadą zrównown. rozwoju. Zaplanowana liczba godzin zajęć dla uczniów oraz szkolenia i kursy doskonalące dla nauczycieli zostały dostosowane do ich indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i zapewnią osiągnięcie zakładanych w projekcie celów i rezultatów. Okres realizacji projektu nie przekracza 24 mcy i jest wystarczający by osiągnąć cele,wskaźniki i podjąć czynności zaradcze w przypadku trudności. (Polish)
