The project entitled: ‘Remont multi-family housing units in the Pruszkowa municipality in the area of regeneration A and B’ includes partial implementation of the 2 projects included in the list of planned regeneration projects, which are included in the ‘Gminny Urban Regeneration Programme 2016-2026’ included in the list of programmes for revitalisation of the Mazowieckie province. These are: • Project 16 to the multi-family residential housing stock of a municipality of Pruszkowa, owned by the municipality in the area of revitalisation B and revitalisation of the surrounding environment. • Project 17 to the multi-family residential housing stock of a municipality of Pruszkowa, owned by the municipality in the area of revitalisation A and revitalisation of the surrounding environment. The project relates to the renovation of parts of the 10 common residential buildings located in the areas of the revitalisation of A and B of the municipality of Pruszków, including renovation and thermo-modernisation of external walls, load-bearing walls, foundations, roofs, stranding, renovation of the stairwells, balconies (which represent the structural elements of the building), the replacement of record-decks, modernisation of electrical installations, heating and cooling installations, replacement of windows and doors. The works will be covered by investor supervision. The scope of the project also includes information and promotion activities in the form of installation of plaque and souvenir tables for each building. The main objective of this project is to re-launch the socio-economic recovery of the marginalised rural area through the restoration of the appropriate technical condition of the multi-family residential buildings of the area. The target group of the project is the inhabitants of the ‘Pruszków’ regeneration area, in particular the inhabitants of the buildings covered by the project. (English)

    Projekt pn. „Remont wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych mieszkaniowego zasobu Gminy Miasta Pruszkowa położonych w obszarze rewitalizacji A i B", obejmuje częściową realizacje 2 przedsięwzięć znajdujących się na liście planowanych podstawowych przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych, ujętych w „Gminnym Programie rewitalizacji Miasta Pruszkowa na lata 2016-2026” wpisanego do Wykazu programów rewitalizacji województwa mazowieckiego. Są to: • Przedsięwzięcie 16 Remont wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych mieszkaniowego zasobu Gminy Miasta Pruszkowa, będących własnością Gminy położonych w podobszarze rewitalizacji B wraz z rewitalizacją przylegającego do nich otoczenia. • Przedsięwzięcie 17 Remont wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych mieszkaniowego zasobu Gminy Miasta Pruszkowa, będących własnością Gminy położonych w podobszarze rewitalizacji A wraz z rewitalizacją przylegającego do nich otoczenia. Projekt dotyczy remontu części wspólnych 10 budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych położonych w obszarach rewitalizacji A i B Gminy Miasta Pruszkowa, obejmuje m. in. remont i termomodernizację ścian zewnętrznych, ścian nośnych, fundamentów, dachów, stropów strychów, remont klatek schodowych, balkonów (stanowiących elementy konstrukcyjne budynku), wymianę domofonów, modernizację instalacji elektrycznej, instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., wymianę okien i drzwi. Prace zostaną objęte nadzorem inwestorskim. Zakres projektu obejmuje także działania informacyjno-promocyjne w postaci montażu tablic informacyjnych i pamiątkowych przy każdym budynku. Głównym celem niniejszego projektu jest ożywienie społeczno-gospodarcze zmarginalizowanego obszaru Pruszkowa poprzez przywrócenie odpowiedniego stanu technicznego wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych obszaru. Grupą docelową projektu są mieszkańcy objętego rewitalizacją obszaru Pruszkowa, w szczególności mieszkańcy budynków objętych projektem. (Polish)
