The aim of the project is to prevent the marginalisation of a block of the Block through comprehensive action in the area of housing (common parts) of 7 multi-family residential buildings and in the social sphere by 31.12.2019. These buildings are unique in the country and in central Europe, which are protected in the PHP. They were built between 1940 and 1942 by the German administration and were designed to adapt the Ciechanów to the function of the capital of the region. “Bloki” today constitute an essential part of the Ciechanov’s house, but it is unfortunately one of the most deprived and socially deprived neighbourhoods of the city. All the buildings included in the project located at ul. 17 January 23, 25 and ul. H. Sienkiewicz 17/19, 35, 38/40, 53/55, 57/59 are characterised by a high level of technical consumption (ranging from 62 % to 68 %). The planned thermal modernisation activities are based on the energy audits carried out and cover common parts including walls, floors, window frames and doors, lighting modernisation. Other construction work consists of common parts: roofs, stairways, ramps for persons with disabilities, entrances to buildings. The activities planned set out in detail the functional and utility programmes where the results of the architectural competition were used. The implementation of the partnership is a comprehensive approach to the regeneration of degraded areas, provides housing rehabilitation for parts of the common and complementary actions co-financed by the ESF or part of the ESF. The project is included in the list of main projects of the LPR — No 15-GP-B — str. 106 in the LPR. The project follows the assumptions of the Low Carbon Economy Plan through energy audits. (English)

„Bloki” do dziś stanowią istotną część zasobów mieszkaniowych Ciechanowa, niestety są też jedną z najbardziej zdegradowanych materialnie i społecznie dzielnic miasta. Zaplanowane działania termomodernizacyjne wynikają z przeprowadzonych audytów energetycznych i obejmują w zakresie części wspólnych m.in. ściany, stropy, stolarkę okienną i drzwiową, modernizację oświetlenia. 106 w LPR. Projekt realizuje założenia Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej poprzez działania termomodernizacyjne, wynikające z przeprowadzonych audytów energetycznych. (Polish)
