Ethica Business has been active in the IT industry since 2010 by setting up dedicated systems for the financial and insurance mediation industry. We are acting on the basis of the experience gained from the financial consultancy industry. Our greatest advantage is to combine knowledge of the industry and business models of our customers with experience in building IT systems. We are at the end of our work on “Unconventional” solutions, resulting in the fact that, as one of Poland’s first one, we are introducing elements of being partially successful in the field of IT systems in the insurance and financial sector. It makes it possible to engage people in professional activities, even if they are considered to be boring and routine. On the basis of our experience and market observations, we have decided to commission a study (using the know-how of the science — research unit) of a mathematical model of an analytical prototype supporting the work of firms in the above sectors. A set of “Business Integence” tools will be put in place through a set of cooperation with a profiled university on the market. The necessity of the project is due both to the development needs of our company, as well as to the expectations of other entities operating in the insurance and financial services sector, which have so far had limited access to this type of advanced analytical solutions (currently, only large or medium-sized enterprises have been identified mainly as a result of the major costs involved in the construction of the system). In the light of the fact that so far we have not worked on development alone, nor will we have worked with the scientific bodies (at the time of the grant), the first such investment in the company. The projected solution in the form of a dedicated application should ensure full control of the key business aspects of the companies that will benefit from our solution. (English) | |||

Firma Ethica Business od 2010 r działa w branży informatycznej tworząc dedykowane systemy dla branży pośrednictwa finansowego i ubezpieczeniowego. Działamy w oparciu o doświadczenia wyciągnięte z branży doradztwa finansowego. Naszą największą przewagą jest połączenie znajomości branży i modeli biznesowych naszych klientów z doświadczeniem w budowaniu systemów informatycznych. W swojej pracy bazujemy na „niekonwencjonalnych” rozwiązaniach czego rezultatem jest fakt, że jako jedni z pierwszych w Polsce wprowadzamy elementy grywalizacji do systemów IT w branży ubezpieczeniowej i finansowej. Grywalizacja pozwala zaangażować ludzi do czynności zawodowych, nawet jeśli są one uważane za nudne i rutynowe. Na bazie naszych doświadczeń oraz obserwacji rynku postanowiliśmy zlecić opracowanie (wykorzystując know how jednostki naukowo –badawczej) matematycznego modelu prototypu analitycznego wspomagającego pracę firm z ww. branż. Dzięki nawiązanej współpracy z profilowaną uczelnią na rynek zostanie wprowadzony zestaw autorskich narzędzi klasy BI (business Inteligence). Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika zarówno z potrzeb rozwojowych naszej firmy, jak również oczekiwań innych podmiotów działających w sektorze usług ubezpieczeniowych oraz finansowych, które do tej pory posiadały ograniczony dostęp do tego typu zaawansowanych rozwiązań analitycznych (aktualnie tego typu oprogramowania dedykowane były wyłącznie dużym lub średnim przedsiębiorstwom co wynikało głownie z konieczności poniesienia dużych kosztów związanych z budową systemu). W związku z tym, że do tej pory nie prowadziliśmy samodzielnie prac rozwojowych ani nie współpracowaliśmy z jednostkami naukowymi będzie to (w momencie uzyskania dofinansowania) pierwsza tego typu inwestycja w firmie. W założeniach projektowane rozwiązanie w postaci dedykowanej aplikacji powinno zapewnić pełną kontrolę kluczowych aspektów działalności firmom, które skorzystają z naszego rozwiązania. (Polish)
