The general objective of the project is to strengthen the existing infrastructure capacity of the University by setting up a modern Food and Nutrition Research Centre, which will carry out advanced research into the priority areas of the National Programme for Research and Smart Specialisation of Mazowieckie Province. The establishment of the Food and Nutrition Centre (CAŻŻ) will allow for a broad cooperation with businesses — the Centre’s research will be geared to the current needs of external stakeholders in the food industry. As a result of the project, a fully functional European Food and Nutrition Research and Development Centre (CAŻŻ) will be created with a modern research equipment to guide its research activities to business cooperation. The project shall comprise: • purchase of equipment and equipment (including those relating to transport, installation and installation with specialist instructions, software attached to the apparatus or equipment),• modernisation of the building (ventilation and electrical connections),• preparatory work for the investment, including a feasibility study• costs of project management (staff salaries),• information and publicity measures. Celem ogólnym przedsięwzięcia jest wzmocnienie istniejącego potencjału infrastrukturalnego Uczelni poprzez utworzenie nowoczesnego Centrum Badawczo - Rozwojowego Żywności i Żywienia, w ramach którego prowadzone będą zaawansowane badania w priorytetowych dziedzinach Krajowego Programu Badań oraz Inteligentnych Specjalizacji Województwa Mazowieckiego. Utworzenie Centrum Żywności i Żywienia (CŻiŻ) umożliwi szeroką współpracę z przedsiębiorcami - badania Centrum będą ukierunkowane na aktualne potrzeby interesariuszy zewnętrznych branży spożywczej. W wyniku realizacji Projektu powstanie w pełni funkcjonalne Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego Żywności i Żywienia (CŻiŻ), wyposażone w nowoczesną aparaturę badawczą pozwalającą ukierunkować prowadzoną działalność badawczą na współpracę z przedsiębiorcami. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje: • zakup aparatury i wyposażenia (w tym związane z transportem, instalacją i uruchomieniem wraz ze specjalistycznym instruktażem, oprogramowanie dołączone do aparatury bądź urządzenia), • modernizacja budynku (wentylacja i podłączenia elektryczne), • prace przygotowawcze inwestycji, w tym Studium Wykonalności • koszty zarządzania Projektem (wynagrodzenia pracowników), • działania informacyjno-promocyjne.
