The target group of the project represents a total of 249 persons (93 women, 156 men) aged 30 and over belonging to the disadvantaged groups of de facto disadvantaged groups, for which an aid profile I and II have been identified, including: 1. 149 people (62 women, 87 men) to be supported by the project, including: 1.1 persons aged 50 and over — 38 persons (12 women, 26 men), 1.2 persons with disabilities — 2 persons (1 women, 1 men), 1.3 persons with a low qualification — 98 persons (35 women, 63 men); 1.4 long-term unemployed — 78 people (25 women, 53 men); 2. 100 persons (30-women, 70 men) to be supported in the project only in the form of one-off measures for setting up a business (after the use of labour market services). The project will bring to the attention of each participant a specific offer to activate the profession, preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will support the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to increase the employment opportunities of people aged 30 and above belonging to disadvantaged groups in the rural district of Garliński. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP MP 2014-2020 “The employment of people who have been identified as being at risk in the labour market”). This project is in line with the application card of the PUP project as the basis for the project to be included in the List of projects identified by a non-competitive procedure. The project shall be in line with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation. (English) | |||

Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 249 osób (93 kobiet, 156 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup de faworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie garwolińskim, dla których został określony I i II profil pomocy, w tym: 1. 149 osoby (62 kobiety, 87 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie, w tym: 1.1 osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej - 38 osób (12 kobiet, 26 mężczyzn), 1.2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - 2 osoby (1 kobieta, 1 mężczyzna), 1.3 osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - 98 osób (35 kobiet, 63 mężczyzn); 1.4 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - 78 osoby (25 kobiet, 53 mężczyzn); 2. 100 osób (30kobiet, 70 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej ( po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup de faworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie garwolińskim. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 "Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy"). Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z kartą zgłoszenia projektu PUP stanowiącą podstawę ujęcia projektu w Wykazie projektów zidentyfikowanych w ramach trybu pozakonkursowego. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzontalnymi, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym. (Polish)
