The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and above that belong to disadvantaged groups who do not work in the county of Pruszkowim. The target group of the project represents a total of 147 persons (74 women, 73 men) aged 30 and above those belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the county of Pruszkowskie for which an aid profile has been identified, I or II, including: 1-79 people (39 women, 40 men) to be supported by the project, including: 1.1 persons aged 50 and over — 31 persons (14 women, 17 men), 1.2 persons with disabilities — 3 persons (1 women, 2 men), 1.3 long-term unemployed — 38 persons (19 women, 19 men); 2-.68 persons (35 women, 33 men) to be supported in the project only in the form of one-off measures for setting up a business (after the use of labour market services). Within the framework of the project, a specific job activation offer will be presented to each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will support the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who do not work in the county of pruszkowskie. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP MP 2014-2020 “The employment growth of those who have been identified as being at risk in the labour market This draft is in line with the application card of the PUP project which is the basis for the project to be included in the List of projects identified in a non-competitive procedure. The project shall be in line with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.” (English) | |||

Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pruszkowskim.. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 147 osób (74 kobiet, 73 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pruszkowskim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy, w tym: 1-79 osób (39 kobiet, 40 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie, w tym: 1.1 osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej –31 osób (14 kobiet, 17 mężczyzn), 1.2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami –3 osób (1 kobieta, 2 mężczyzn), 1.3 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne –38 osób (19 kobiet, 19 mężczyzn); 2-.68 osób (35 kobiet, 33 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pruszkowskim. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 „Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z kartą zgłoszenia projektu PUP stanowiącą podstawę ujęcia projektu w Wykazie projektów zidentyfikowanych w ramach trybu pozakonkursowego. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzontalnymi, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym.” (Polish)
