The aim of the project is to increase the employability of those aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the county of blades. The target group of the project is 203 persons aged 30 and above belonging to disadvantaged groups who are not in employment in the county of provenance for which an aid profile has been identified, I or II. In the target group, the project is: persons aged 50 and over 59 (32k 27M), persons with disabilities 13 (7 K 6 M) and long-term unemployed 139 persons. (74K 65M). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will support the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English) | |||

Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ostrowskim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 203 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ostrowskim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 59 os. (32K 27M), osoby niepełnosprawne 13 os ( 7 K 6 M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 139 os. (74K 65M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
