Within the framework of this project, the company intends to purchase studies to launch an innovative service to set up an online platform dedicated to the legal services of micro and small enterprises and natural persons. The problems which our project does not solve: — Problem with the assessment of the quality of lawyers’ work — As a result, our customers will be able to understand the quantified quality of the work of each of our lawyers and make an informed choice to whom they want to assign their case. — The problem of the recruitment of new lawyers — despite the fact that all processes are meant to be automated, there will be a need to employ a large number of lawyers. The monthly fixed subscription fee — a certain group of customers needs permanent access to legal services. For these people, we want to have an offer for a licence with a temporary contract, for example, 12 months. This will help to increase the competitiveness of the company at national level by: • the project contains an environmentally friendly solution and takes into account the reduction of negative impacts on the environment by applying solutions in line with Community standards (promotion of clean processes by replacing energy intensive processes by electronic processes),• the effect of the implementation of the new solutions will be the introduction of a fully new service to the target market (defined as national and regional),• the project concerns the implementation of an innovative technology that will enable the provision of a new service and will not be used in the world for more than 5 years,• R & D cooperation will be implemented with the collaboration of the scientific body. The project will allow the applicant to increase its competitiveness with ecological impact on the environment, monitor environmental parameters (including energy efficiency) and react immediately to changes. W ramach niniejszego projektu przedsiębiorstwo zamierza zakupić badania służące uruchomieniu innowacyjnej usługi polegającej na stworzeniu platformy internetowej dedykowanej do obsługi prawnej mikro i małych przedsiębiorstw oraz osób fizycznych. Problemy które nasz projekt rozwiązuje: - Problem z oceną jakości pracy prawników - W rezultacie nasi klienci będą mogli poznać skwantyfikowaną jakość pracy każdego z pośród naszych prawników i dokonać świadomego wyboru, któremu z nich chcą powierzyć swoją sprawę. - Problem rekrutacji nowych prawników - Pomimo tego, że wszystkie procesy mają zostać maksymalnie zautomatyzowane to i tak będzie istnieć potrzeba zatrudniania dużej liczby prawników. - miesięczna stała opłata abonamentowa - pewna grupa klientów potrzebuje stałego dostępu do usług prawniczych. Dla tych osób chcemy mieć przygotowany ofertę abonamentową z umową czasową przykładowo 12 miesięczną. Powyższe przyczyni się do zwiększenia konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa w skali krajowej poprzez: • projekt zawiera rozwiązanie przyjazne dla środowiska i uwzględnia zmniejszenie negatywnego oddziaływania na otoczenie poprzez zastosowanie rozwiązań zgodnych z normami wspólnotowymi (propagowanie czystych procesów poprzez zastąpienie procesów energochłonnych procesami elektronicznymi), • efektem wdrożenia nowych rozwiązań będzie wprowadzenie na rynek docelowy (zdefiniowany jako krajowy i regionalny) całkowicie nowej usługi, • projekt dotyczy wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii, która umożliwi świadczenie nowej usługi i nie jest stosowana na świecie dłużej niż 5 lat, • współpraca B+R. Wdrożenie nowo projektowanych rozwiązań technologicznych odbywać się będzie przy współpracy jednostki naukowej. Realizacja projektu pozwoli Wnioskodawcy na zwiększenie konkurencyjności z jednoczesnym proekologicznym oddziaływaniem na środowisko, monitorowanie parametrów środowiskowych (m.in. wydajności energetycznej) i natychmiastowe reagowanie na zmiany.
