Among the national and international recipients of the technology produced by the Applicant are: distributors of general construction materials including installation services, construction companies, installation companies. In addition, the company has recently set up an internal R & D unit for new R & D work, which will contribute to the development and strengthening of the firm’s competitive position. Today, the company has defined the main objectives of its further development on aspects of the growth potential of the firm. Therefore, the project aims to put in place tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of innovative activities using the potential of modern advisory services: (a) an innovation audit for a firm, (b) identifying strategic R & D lines from a company (definition of the research agenda and c) the development and implementation of a RDI project portfolio management process in a firm based on the Stage-Gate Process ®. The total duration of the project is assumed: 6 months; with a partially parallel implementation of the services (service a — 3-4 months, service b — 2-3 months, service c — 3-4 months). The project will aim to improve the efficiency of innovation management, which will have a direct impact on the increase in the cost effectiveness of the business. (English)

    Firma EVERTEC Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Przasnyszu działa na szeroko pojmowanym rynku instalacyjnym. Firma skupia się na tworzeniu innowacyjnych produktów pozwalających oszczędzić energię, lepiej wykorzystywać jej naturalne/odnawialne źródła oraz redukować emisję dwutlenku węgla i innych gazów cieplarnianych. Wszystkie procesy technologiczne oraz produkty wytwarzane przez Wnioskodawcę są projektowane ze szczególną dbałością o środowisko naturalne. Wszelkie innowacje i nowoczesne, unikatowe produkty są projektowane w dziale R&D, a produkcja jest wdrażana wyłącznie w oparciu o własne, opatentowane rozwiązania. Wśród krajowych oraz międzynarodowych odbiorców technologii wytwarzanej przez Wnioskodawcę znajdują się: dystrybutorzy materiałów ogólnobudowlanych w tym instalacyjnych, hurtownie budowlane, firmy instalacyjne. Dodatkowo ostatnio firma utworzyła wewnętrzny dział badawczo – rozwojowy dla podejmowania nowych prac badawczo – rozwojowych, których realizacja przyczyniać się będzie do rozwoju oraz wzmocnienia pozycji konkurencyjnej firmy. Obecnie firma zdefiniowała główne cele swojego dalszego rozwoju w aspektach wzrostu potencjału innowacyjności firmy. Dlatego celem projektu jest wdrożenie narzędzi umożliwiających wzrost skuteczności i efektywności prowadzonej działalności innowacyjnej z wykorzystaniem potencjału nowoczesnych usług doradczych: a) audytu innowacyjności przeprowadzonego dla firmy, b) określenia strategicznych kierunków badawczo-rozwojowych firmy (zdefiniowanie agendy badawczej oraz c) opracowania i wdrożenia procesu zarządzania portfelem projektów BRI w firmie w oparciu o Stage-Gate Process®. Zakłada się łączny czas realizacji projektu: 6 m-cy; z założeniem częściowo równoległej realizacji usług (usługa a - 3-4 m-ce, usługa b - 2-3 m-ce, usługa c - 3-4 m-ce). Efektem projektu ma być poprawa efektywności zarządzania innowacjami, która będzie miała bezpośredni wpływ na zwiększenie efektywności kosztowej działalności przedsiębiorstwa. (Polish)
