The applicant intends to expand its activities by implementing for the sale of software and services to audit firms supporting the use of International Standards for Research (approved 01.04.2015 by the Audit Supervision Commission resolution of the National Council) and to exit it for export to the European Union. The applicant does not have sufficient human resources to develop in-depth analytical work, nor has any experience in the implementation to sell new software or export experience, which would become the basis for a decision on the Company’s entry into its services and software on the European Union’s market. It is important for the Company to optimise the choice of countries for the expansion. To this end, the applicant intends to make use of advisory services. The scope of the advisory services will include a detailed analysis of the business needs, the resources of the software developed and its functionality, and the possibility for the Applicant to enter into the selected markets of EU countries and the development of a business plan for entry into these markets, together with an assessment of the cost-effectiveness of this project and a cost-benefit sensitivity analysis. W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane specjalistyczne usługi doradcze o charakterze prorozwojowym mające na celu wsparcie rozwoju działalności WBS Audyt Sp. z o.o. Zewnętrzne usługi doradcze będą świadczone przez akredytowany ośrodek innowacji (Instytucja Otoczenia Biznesu) posiadający bogate doświadczenie w realizacji podobnych zadań. Wnioskodawca zamierza rozszerzyć swą działalność poprzez wdrożenie do sprzedaży oprogramowania i usług dla firm audytorskich wspierających stosowanie Międzynarodowych Standardów Badania (zatwierdzone 01.04.2015 przez Komisję Nadzoru Audytowego uchwałą Krajowej Rady) i wyjście z nim na eksport do krajów Unii Europejskiej. Wnioskodawca nie posiada zasobów kadrowych przygotowanych merytorycznie do opracowania pogłębionych prac analitycznych, ani mających jakiekolwiek doświadczenie we wdrażaniu do sprzedaży nowego oprogramowania ani doświadczeń eksportowych, które stałyby się podstawą do podjęcia decyzji na temat wchodzenia Spółki ze swymi usługami i oprogramowaniem na rynek danego kraju z Unii Europejskiej. Ważny dla Spółki jest optymalny wybór krajów do realizacji ekspansji. W tym celu Wnioskodawca zamierza skorzystać z usług doradczych. Zakres usług doradczych będzie obejmować szczegółową analizę potrzeb biznesowych, analizę posiadanych zasobów opracowanego oprogramowania i jego funkcjonalności oraz możliwości wejścia przez Wnioskodawcę na wybrane rynki krajów UE oraz opracowanie biznes planu wejścia na te rynki wraz oceną opłacalności tego projektu i z analizą wrażliwości opłacalności.
