The main output of the project will be to increase the competitiveness of the company through the purchase of a professional advisory service on the organisation of production and the introduction of new standards in the area of management and the strategy for introducing new products — the results of the work carried out by the Department for Building Materials. The firm has high barriers to expansion and development as a result of the usual practice over the years. A change of organisation in the broad sense of the word will allow the company to understand the problems and overcome the development barriers. Given that the manufacturing potential is high and the demand for the firm is growing, it can be assumed that a new governance model should be the main scope of intervention. Following the emergence of funding opportunities for professional advice, the company decided to take realistic steps to increase its competitiveness in the market and increase its economic efficiency. It should be pointed out that the Department for Building Materials is one of several key companies in the area of the former Radom region, which employs almost 80 people. In addition, the firm has a strong emphasis on the introduction of new technologies and the education of future generations. It can therefore be concluded that the objective of the project and the need for its implementation are fully justified, given the need to support local entrepreneurship. (English) | |||

Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie wzrost konkurencyjności firmy poprzez zakup profesjonalnej usługi doradczej w zakresie organizacji produkcji i wprowadzenia nowych standardów w obszarze zarządzania oraz strategii wprowadzenia nowych produktów- wyników prac B+R. Zakład Materiałów budowlanych jest firmą rodzinna o długoletnich korzeniach produkcyjnych. W wyniku nabranych przez lata zwyczajów, firma posiada duże bariery w zakresie dalszej ekspansji i rozwoju. Zmiana sposobu organizacji w szerokim znaczeniu tego słowa pozwoli firmie zrozumieć problemy i pokonać bariery rozwojowe. Z uwagi, że potencjał wytwórczy jest duży, a popyt na produkty firmy ciągle rośnie, można przypuszczać, że podstawowym zakresem interwencji powinno być opracowanie nowego modelu zarządzaniu. W związku z pojawieniem się możliwości uzyskania dofinansowania na profesjonalne doradztwo, firma zdecydowała się podjąć realne działania w celu zwiększenia swojej konkurencyjności na rynku i zwiększenia efektywności ekonomicznej. Należy wskazać, że Zakład Materiałów Budowlanych jest jedną z kilkunastu kluczowych firm w obszarze byłego województwa radomskiego, dzięki czemu zatrudnienie znajduje blisko 80 osób. Ponadto Firma kładzie duży nacisk na wprowadzenie nowych technologii i kształcenie przyszłych pokoleń. Można zatem uznać, że cel projektu i potrzeba jego realizacji jest w pełni uzasadniona, z uwagi na konieczność wspierania lokalnej przedsiębiorczości. (Polish)
