The purpose of the project is to enable the company to purchase R & D services related to the transfer of a new, innovative technological process. The result is a technology of precision formation of the centroid elements under the maintenance or the improvement of the mechanical properties/strength. Isoceramics Sp. z o.o. manufacturing and distribution works are active in the production and distribution of ceramic materials for specially moulded and isostatic formings. The positioning of the ceramic components (so-called “pins”) is used on production lines, e.g. in the automotive industry. Design innovative materials formed by suspension casting, after baking, will show increased resistance to abrasion and brittle fracture. It will open the way for a company to win new markets and to compete with the global giants/ceramics manufacturers. The aim of the project is to purchase a service to develop a more environmentally friendly technology which will increase the competitiveness of the plant in the ceramics market. The new precision moulding technology will also reduce production costs and create more complex elements than the ceramic products currently available on the market. The service will be provided by an experienced scientific body having experience in the development of technology for the formulation of ceramics and for pressing and isostatic presses. Projekt ma na celu umożliwienie przedsiębiorstwu zakupu usługi badawczo-rozwojowej związanej z transferem nowego, innowacyjnego procesu technologicznego. W jego wyniku ma powstać technologia precyzyjnego formowania elementów centrujących przy zachowaniu lub polepszeniu właściwości mechanicznych/wytrzymałościowych. Zakład produkcyjny Izoceramics Sp. z o.o. zajmuje się wytwarzaniem i dystrybucją elementów ceramicznych do specjalnych zastosowań formowanych izostatycznie. Pozycjonujące elementy ceramiczne (tzw. piny) stosowane są na liniach produkcyjnych np. w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym. Opracowane w ramach projektu innowacyjne materiały formowane metodą odlewania z zawiesiny, po procesie wypalania wykazywać będą podwyższoną odporności na ścieranie i kruche pękanie. Otworzą przedsiębiorstwu drogę do zdobycia nowych rynków i do odważnej konkurencji ze światowymi potentatami / producentami materiałów ceramicznych. Celem projektu jest zakup usługi na opracowanie bardziej przyjaznej dla środowiska technologii, która podniesie konkurencyjność zakładu na rynku elementów ceramicznych. Nowa technologia precyzyjnego formowania spowoduje również zmniejszenie kosztów produkcji, oraz tworzenie elementów o bardziej skomplikowanym kształcie niż obecnie dostępne na rynku produkty ceramiczne. Usługa będzie zrealizowana przez doświadczoną jednostkę naukową, posiadającą doświadczenie w zakresie opracowywania technologii formowania elementów ceramicznych oraz dogęszczania w wyniku prasowania izostatycznego. Wykonawca usługi wyłoniony będzie w wyniku konkursu. (Polish)
