The project aims to remove the degraded area within the commune of Tomaszów Lubelski from the crisis and to strengthen the development potential of the area through the revitalisation of Biała Góra in the Juristula and the Maydish of Mount Górna. The project aims in particular at improving the quality of the use of the area, removing the isolation of problem areas and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the areas degraded in the municipality of Tomaszów Lubelski. The project includes: renovation of existing plants, i.e.: an extract of the orthotic extract, a snow clearance installation, a water reservoir for snow removal, transformer station, water intake, arms on parcels, and construction of a service and service building together with an accompanying infrastructure. Equipment will also be purchased. The target group of the project, which will directly benefit from the project at the level of its implementation, are residents of the degraded area who will spend their free time. The project will enable people (seniors, children, young people, unemployed people) to participate and integrate into society. The project will create new jobs (employed) and improve air quality. The reduced emissions of pollutants into the air through the installation of equipment for the installation of equipment using renewable energy sources (solar collectors) and the use of LED lighting will be reduced. The project will result in the achievement of result indicators as set out in the Detailed Description of Priority Axes in Competition 13.4: (a) Number of persons benefiting from social/cultural/touristic infrastructure being the subject of the project — 2000 persons, (b) Number of infrastructure facilities located in regenerated areas — 1 (d) Area of regeneration areas 2.9672 ha, (e) Surface area for economic activity — 5.46 m². Projekt ma na celu wyprowadzenie obszaru zdegradowanego na terenie Gminy Tomaszów Lubelski z sytuacji kryzysowej oraz wzmocnienie potencjałów rozwojowych tego obszaru poprzez rewitalizację Białej Góry w Justynówce i Majdanie Górnym. Projekt ukierunkowany jest w szczególności na poprawę jakości korzystania z przestrzeni, likwidację izolacji obszarów problemowych oraz poprawę jakości życia mieszkańców obszarów zdegradowanych na terenie Gminy Tomaszów Lubelski. Zakres przedsięwzięcia obejmuje: remont istniejących obiektów, tj.: wyciągu orczykowego, instalacji naśnieżania stoku, zbiornika wody dla potrzeb naśnieżania, stacji transformatorowej, ujęcia wody, uzbrojenia na działkach, oraz budowę budynku administracyjno-usługowego wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Zakupione zostanie także wyposażenie. Grupę docelową projektu, która odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści z realizacji projektu na poziomie jego realizacji stanowią mieszkańcy obszaru zdegradowanego, którzy będą aktywnie spędzać wolny czas. Realizacja projektu umożliwi mieszkańcom (seniorzy, dzieci, młodzież, osoby bezrobotne) aktywizację i integrację ze społeczeństwem. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na powstanie nowych miejsc pracy (zatrudniony personel) oraz przyczyni się do poprawy jakości powietrza. Zredukowana zostanie emisja zanieczyszczeń do powietrza poprzez montaż instalacji urządzeń wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii (kolektory słoneczne) oraz zastosowanie oświetlenia LED. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie wskaźników rezultatu zapisanych w Szczegółowym Opisie Osi priorytetowych adekwatnych do konkursu 13.4: a) Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/ turystycznej będącej przedmiotem projektu - 2000 osób, b) Liczba obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach - 1 szt. d) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją 2,9672 ha, e) Powierzchnia terenów przygotowanych pod działalność gospodarczą - 5,46 m2.
