The project aims to increase access to high-quality pre-school education for children aged 3-4 in Terespol by the creation of 10 new pre-school places and equal educational opportunities for children with a deficit. Tasks: — the establishment and equipment of a nursery centre at the Primary School in Kobanach for children aged 3-4, -producing specialised speech and corrective courses designed to compensate for the educational opportunities of those children by stimulating the speech and improvement of the disturbed traffic system. Results: The creation of a new PLO in Koblanach with the new pre-school places (1 new pre-school places for 10-4 years old children compared to 2017), -20 (8Dz./12Ch.) of children will benefit from specialised seizures aimed at compensating for their deficits. The target group consists of: 1) a newly created nursery place for 10 children (4Dz/6) aged 3-4 in the newly created preschool office at the School of Kobylany (leading body: Municipality of Terespol, province Lubelskie). 2) 20 children (8 Dz./12Ch.) with special needs, aged 3-6, from Gm. Terespol (Lubelskie province), to be included in the PLO additional to the PLO. 3) 2 teachers of the PLO with training courses in the field of sensory integration, which will end with a document confirming acquisition of competences/qualifications. 100 % of children live in rural areas. They come from families with different substantive status, including as many as 32 % of families with low status (income per family member of less than PLN 1000/m-c). In addition, only one parent works in 33 % of the families. Children’s needs are due to language communication disorders (speech defects) and attitudes, which requires specialist speech to speech and specialised courses in the field of gi (English)

    Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej dla dzieci w wieku 3-4 lata na terenie Gminy Terespol, poprzez utworzenie 10 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego oraz wyrównywanie szans edukacyjnych dzieci ze stwierdzonymi deficytami. Zadania: -utworzenie i wyposażenie oddziału przedszkolnego w Szkole Podstawowej w Kobylanach dla dzieci w wieku 3-4 lata, -realizacja specjalistycznych zajęć logopedycznych i korekcyjnych mających na celu wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych tych dzieci poprzez stymulację rozwoju mowy i usprawnienia zaburzonego układu ruchu. Rezultaty: -powstanie 1 nowy OWP, tj. oddział przedszkolny w SP w Kobylanach z nowymi miejscami wych. przedszkolnego (o 10 nowych miejsc przedszkolnych dla dzieci w wieku 3-4 lata w porównaniu z rokiem 2017), - 20 (8Dz./12Ch.) dzieci zostanie objętych specjalistycznymi zajęciami dodatkowymi mającymi na celu wyrównanie zdiagnozowanych u nich deficytów. Grupę docelową stanowią: 1)nowoutworzone miejsca wychowania przedszkolnego dla 10 dzieci (4Dz/6 chł) w wieku 3-4 lata w nowopowstałym oddziale przedszkolnym w Szkole Podst. w miejscowości Kobylany(organ prowadzący: Gmina Terespol,woj. Lubelskie). 2) 20 dzieci (8 Dz./12Ch.) ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, w wieku 3-6 lat, z terenu Gm. Terespol (woj. lubelskie), które zostaną objęte zaj. dodatkowymi w OWP w miejscowości Kobylany. 3)2 nauczycieli OWP objętych szkoleniami z zakresu integracji sensorycznej, które kończyć się będą uzyskaniem dokumentu potwierdzającego nabycie kompetencji/kwalifikacji. Dzieci zamieszkują w 100% tereny wiejskie. Pochodzą z rodzin o różnym statusie materialnym, w tym aż w 32% z rodzin niskim statusie  (dochód na członka rodziny poniżej 1000 zł/m-c). Ponadto w 33% rodzin pracuje tylko jeden rodzic. Specj. potrzeby edukac. dzieci wynikają z zaburzeń w komunikacji językowej (wady wymowy) i wad postawy, co wymaga zapewnienia im specjalistycznych zajęć logopedycznych i specjalistycznych zajęć z zakresu gi (Polish)
