The main aim of the project is to increase the employability of at least 80 % of the target group of the project group {tj: persons aged 30 and over from the area of Lubelskie Province (within the meaning of the CCC provisions): — 64 unemployed including: * min.15 % (10.) will be agricultural workers, i.e. farmers and members of their families aged 30 and over registered in PUP/MUP as unemployed in the Lubelskie province (including persons belonging to groups: long-term unemployed; women; people with disabilities, low skills); farm individual farms up to a quantity of 2 hectares, intending to move from agriculture * min.60 % (39). — 16 inactive. The project will include support to 80, including: * min.55 % (44os) will be female; * min.50 % (40) will provide people with disabilities, * 100 % (80os), as low-skilled people, by participating in the project and receiving comprehensive support, i.e. participation in: professional guidance (including IPDs), training courses leading to/or upgrading/upgrading or retraining of professional qualifications, traineeships with adaptive support, placement services and support for professional mobility with a view to granting an allowance for relocation between VI.2016 and VI.2017 The effectiveness of the project will be determined by the achievement of the expected results of the key project, i.e. the employment efficiency, determined by the group at the level of: 45 % of the unemployed, 28 % of the long-term unemployed, 30 % of inactive people, 24 % of persons with disabilities, 22 % of those who leave the agricultural sector, will take up employment in the non-agricultural sector (exit from KRUS) and obtain professional qualifications for at least 80 % of the participants in the training.     Celem głównym projektu jest większa zdolność do zatrudnienia min. 80% z grupy 80 os. stanowiących grupę docelową projektu {tj: os. w wieku 30 lat i więcej z terenu woj. lubelskiego(w rozumieniu przepisów KC): -64 os. bezrobotnych w tym: *min.15%(10 os.) stanowić będą osoby odchodzące z rolnictwa tj. rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowani w PUP/MUP jako osoby bezrobotne z terenu woj. lubelskiego(,w tym będą to osoby należące do grup: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne ;kobiety ;osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach);prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do wielkości 2 ha przeliczeniowych, zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa *min.60 %(39 os.)stanowić będą osoby długotrwale bezrobotne; -16 os. biernych zawodowo. Łącznie projekt obejmie wsparciem 80 os., w tym: *min.55%(44os.)stanowić będą kobiety; *min.50%(40 os.) stanowić będą osoby z niepełnosprawnościami;*100%(80os.)stanowić będą osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach;} poprzez udział w projekcie i otrzymaniu kompleksowego wsparcia tj. udział w: poradnictwie zawodowym(włącznie z IPD),szkoleniach prowadzących do nabycia/podniesienia/uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych, stażu ze wsparciem adaptacyjnym stażysty, pośrednictwie pracy oraz poprzez wsparcie mobilności zawodowej w zakresie przyznania dodatku relokacyjnego w okresie od VI.2016r.do VI.2017r. Skuteczność realizacji projektu określi osiągnięcie założonych rezultatów kluczowych projektu czyli efektywność zatrudnieniowa, określona w zależności od grupy na poziomie: 45%osoby bezrobotne,28%osoby długotrwale bezrobotne,30%osoby bierne zawodowo,24% osoby z niepełnosprawnościami,22%uczestników spośród os. odchodzących z rolnictwa podejmie zatrudnienie w sektorze pozarolniczym(odejście z KRUS do ZUS) oraz uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez co najmniej 80% uczestników szkoleń.
