Audience: The 60 people aged 30 and over from the war.lubelski war, including 10 persons (min 15 %), are farmers and members of their families aged 30 and over, registered in the PUP/MUP as unemployed in the city of Zaren.lubelski (farm individual farms up to a size of 2 ha of agricultural conversion) belonging to one or more of the following groups: persons aged 50 and over -5 persons; women min 36 people (min 60 %); persons with a disability of 30 persons (min. 50 %); long-term unemployed No 36 persons (min. 60 %); persons with a low qualification — min 30 persons. The 10 farmers supported by the project will only belong to the following groups: persons aged 50 and over -2 persons; women min 6 people (min 60 %); persons with a disability of 5 persons (min. 50 %); long-term unemployed No 6 persons (min. 60 %); persons with a low qualification — min 5 persons. Tasks: IPD, careers advice, psychological counselling, vocational training, professional placement, job placement. Main results: the acquisition of a professional qualification for at least 80 % of the participants in the project; employment after having left the programme for at least 45 % of the unemployed, min 28 % of the long-term unemployed, min 24 % of people with disabilities and employment in the non-agricultural sector, 22 % of people leaving agriculture. Grupa docelowa: 60 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej - bezrobotnych z terenu woj.lubelskiego, w tym 10 osób(min 15% ) to rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowani w PUP/MUP jako osoby bezrobotne z terenu woj.lubelskiego(prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do wielkości 2 ha przeliczeniowych zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa) należące do co najmniej jednej z następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej-min 5 osób; kobiety-min 36 osób(min 60%); osoby z niepełnosprawnościami-min 30 osób(min 50%); osoby długotrwale bezrobotne- min 36 osób(min 60%); osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach- min 30 osób. 10 rolników objętych wsparciem w projekcie należeć będzie wyłącznie do następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej-min 2 osoby; kobiety-min 6 osób(min 60%); osoby z niepełnosprawnościami-min 5 osób(min 50%); osoby długotrwale bezrobotne- min 6 osób(min 60%); osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach- min 5 osób. Zadania: IPD, doradztwo zawodowe, poradnictwo psychologiczne, szkolenie zawodowe, staż zawodowy, pośrednictwo pracy. Główne rezultaty: nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez min 80% uczestników projektu; podjęcie zatrudnienia po opuszczeniu programu przez min 45% osób bezrobotnych,min 28% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, min 24% osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia w sektorze pozarolniczym przez min 22% osób odchodzących z rolnictwa.
