G.Ulthówek, aged 60 and over, not independent, excluded and at risk of poverty or exclusion (based on the definition of poverty in social inclusion and poverty in ESF and ERDF 2014-2020), as the most in need of comprehensive support. These are sometimes not economically active (pensioners), and they experience social isolation and a sense of loneliness, leading to a reduction in the quality of their lives. Senora clubs will be a meeting place for older people, in an informal atmosphere, with senior action taken by the senior citizens themselves, to integrate older people and to promote active ageing, but above all to provide them with a good society near to residence. Clubs will help to educate older people into active, creative leisure, skills development, learning to deal with new situations and adapting to the realities of today’s world. Participants can spend time in the club on a full-time basis or take part in selected activities/activities. Main tasks: 1.Free time management and education for persons 60 + 2.Guide for persons 60 + 3.Health action for persons 60 + 4.CTA and increasing participation of persons (English)

Gł. rezultaty: Liczba wspartych w programie m-sc świadczenia usług społ. istniejących po zakończ. projektu–60 Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. objętych usługami społ. świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie–60 Grupa Docelowa [GD]:60 os.(36K i 24M), mieszk. Kluby Seniora będą miejscem spotkań osób starszych, w nieformalnej atmosferze, z jak największym spontanicznym zaangażowaniem samych seniorów Działania klubów będą integrować seniorów i wspierać aktywność os. starszych, ale przede wszystkim zapewniać im dobre towarzystwo, w pobliżu m-ca zamieszkania. Kluby pozwolą na kształtowanie wśród seniorów nawyków do czynnego, kreatywnego spędzania wolnego czasu, rozwoju umiejętności, nauki radzenia sobie w nowych sytuacjach oraz dostosowania się do realiów obecnego świata. Uczestn. mogą spędzać czas w klubie w pełnym wymiarze lub brać udział w wybranych zajęciach/aktywnościach.
