Main objective of the project: Increase the level of social integration and improve the access to the labour market of 100 people with disabilities (55K/45M) with mental disorders within the meaning of the Mental Health Act of 19 August 1994 (Journal of (Polish Journal of Laws of 2016, item 546), Article 3. (c) (persons with disabilities) excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion in the region through the implementation of comprehensive activation schemes and social and labour reintegration services (up to IX.2020) The target group of the project shall constitute (in line with the objectives of Action 11.1) those excluded (including those affected by poverty) or those at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of the Lubelskie region, including in particular: persons with disabilities (including mental disorders) (100 persons) (55K/45M) achieve measurable employment efficiency at the level of min.22 % t.min.22 people will take up employment. Target 1. Active inclusion service: A programme of social and professional cooperation, including elements: diagnosis, individual reintegration route, career guidance and individual action plan, mentoring and coaching Task 2. Active inclusion service: The regulatory framework including specific certified training of competences and professional assignments 3. Active inclusion service: The social dialogue programme including professional intermediation and the 4- work experience. Cel główny projektu: Zwiększenie poziomu integracji społecznej oraz poprawa dostępu do rynku pracy 100 osób niepełnosparwnych (55K/45M) z zaburzeniami psychicznymi w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 19 sierpnia 1994 r. o ochronie zdrowia psychicznego (Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 546), art. 3 pkt. C) (osób niepełnosprawnych) wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w regionie poprzez realizację kompleksowych programów aktywizacji oraz usług reintegracji i rehabilitacji społeczno-zawodowej (do IX.2020) Grupę docelową w ramach projektu stanowią (zgodnie z założeniami Działania 11.1) osoby wykluczone (w tym dotknięte ubóstwem) lub osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu województwa lubelskiego, w tym w szczególności: d) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (w tym z zaburzeniami psychicznymi) (100 osób) (55K/45M) Mierzalny efektem będzie osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min.22% tj.min.22 osoby podejmą zatrudnienie. Zadanie 1. Usługa aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym: PROGRAM REINTERGRACJI SPOŁECZNO-ZAWODOWEJ obejmujący elementy: diagnoza, indywidualna ścieżka reintegracyjna, doradztwo zawodowe i Indywidualny Plan Działania, mentoring i coaching Zadanie 2. Usługa aktywnej integracji o charakterze edukacyjnym: PROGRAM REINTERGRACJI SPOŁECZNO-ZAWODOWEJ obejmujący specjalistyczne certyfikowane szkolenia kompetencyjne i zawodowe Zadanie 3. Usługa aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym: PROGRAM REINTERGRACJI SPOŁECZNO-ZAWODOWEJ obejmujący pośrednictwo zawodowe i staże Zadanie 4.
