PROJECT OBJECTIVE: formal linguistic competence of participants from the town of Chełm and the municipality of Chełm, who will provide them with more flexibility during the period between 1.07.2016 and 31.07.2017, including the matching of professional requirements in the labour market. Key results: 1) participants in a draft of the required standard of English, confirmed by a globally recognised employer of PTE GENERAL; (2) increasing the participation of adults in lifelong learning of a formal nature in order to match the supply of skills to demand; (3) increasing access to good-quality, comprehensive education for the groups concerned, adapted to their needs and opportunities; (4) increasing the activity of disadvantaged groups and people at a disadvantage in the market, thereby strengthening professional development and improving the quality of life for residents in local communities in marginalised areas. The target groups: low-skilled people aged 25 and over, working/unemployed/unemployed or in education, living in the city of Chełm and the municipality of Chełm, who wish to raise, complete and validate English skills, on their own initiative. Preference will be given to participants, the so-called “disadvantaged groups” (50 years and more, people with disabilities) and women, rural people and 25-34 years. The project’s main activity is: carry out comprehensive training in the field of English at the A1/A2 level, together with the external qualification examination PEARSON PTE GENERAL and the issue of a certificate. The project shall take into account the regional and local specificities of the adult population in terms of language competence. Develop and improve the work of the low-skilled. It supports the acquisition of skills and language competences in order to facilitate personal development, employment and participation in the labour market. (English)

    CEL PROJEKTU: formalne kompetencje językowe uczestników z miasta Chełm i gminy Chełm, które zapewnią im w okresie od 1.07.2016 do 31.07.2017 większą elastyczność działania, w tym dopasowanie się do wymagań zawodowych na rynku pracy. Kluczowe rezultaty: 1)uzyskanie przez uczestników projektu wymaganego standardu języka angielskiego, potwierdzonego uznawanym przez pracodawców na całym świecie certyfikatem PTE GENERAL; 2)zwiększenie uczestnictwa osób dorosłych w uczeniu się przez całe życie o charakterze formalnym w celu dostosowania podaży umiejętności do popytu na nie; 3)zwiększenie dostępu grup doc. do dobrej jakości kompleksowej oferty edukacyjnej, dostosowanej do ich potrzeb i możliwości;4)wzrost aktywności grup defaworyzowanych oraz osób znajdujących się w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku, a przez to wzmocnienie rozwoju zawodowego i podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców w społecznościach lokalnych na obszarach marginalizowanych. Grupy docelowe: osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach w wieku 25 lat i więcej, pracujące/nieaktywne zawodowo/bezrobotne lub uczące się, zamieszkujące miasto Chełm i gminę Chełm, zgłaszające z własnej inicjatywy chęć podnoszenia, uzupełniania i potwierdzania umiejętności z zakresu j. angielskiego. Preferowani będą uczestnicy/-czki, z tzw. grup defaworyzowanych(50 lat i więcej, osoby niepełnosprawne) oraz Kobiety, osoby z terenów wiejskich i w przedziale 25-34 lata. Główne działanie projektu: przeprowadzenie kompleksowych szkoleń z zakresu j. angielskiego na poziomie A1/A2 wraz z zewnętrznym egzaminem kwalifikacyjnym PEARSON PTE GENERAL i wydaniem certyfikatu. Projekt uwzględnia regionalną i lokalną specyfikę potrzeb osób dorosłych w zakresie kompetencji język. Rozwija i doskonali formy pracy z osobami o niskich kwalifikacjach. Wspiera zdobywanie umiejętności i kwalifikacji językowych w celu ułatwienia osobistego rozwoju, zatrudnienia i uczestniczenia na rynku pracy. (Polish)
