The project will cover 76 (37K, 39M) of the students to the kl.I-III and the 1 teacher of the PG in Dobrzłów who are resident within the meaning of CC and are studying/working on the ground. The main objective is to improve the process of students to participate in the education and vocational market and to improve the efficiency of the functioning of the PGs in the period 1.08.2017-30.06.2019 through the development of pupils’ key competences for natural, digital, linguistic and transferable skills, the individualisation of work with young and disabled pupils and the upgrading of the professional qualifications of 1 teachers in the field of oligofrenorelics, providing the PGs with ICT tools and aids for working with children with special needs. The results, to:1.Liczba 75 students who have acquired key competences after leaving the programme; 2. The number of 1 schools using ICT equipment to teach; 3.Number of 1 teacher who acquired or acquired competence upon leaving The tasks, to:1.Realizacja of the interests and the training and equalisation activities of key competences in English, German, mathematics, natural items, which are essential for the labour market and education and the right attitudes/skills, 2.Accessories of the general public in Dobrzłów in the ICT equipment for educational activities, with the provision of additional extra-curricular activities in the digital sphere of pupils, 3.providing the GP with educational support in order to identify the needs and support the development of pupils with special needs, including the provision of pedagogical and training courses in support of students with disabilities, 4.post-graduate studies in the field of oligosaccharides for teachers working in good faith in the PG in Dobrzłowo. Projekt obejmie 76(37K,39M)uczniów kl.I-III i 1 nauczyciela GP w Dobrzelowie,którzy zamieszkują w rozumieniu KC i uczą się/pracują na terenie woj.łódzkiego. Cel główny to poprawa przygotowania ww.uczniów do uczestnictwa na rynku edukacyjno-zawodowym oraz wzrost efektywności funkcjonowania GP w okresie 1.08.2017r.-30.06.2019r.poprzez rozwój u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych matem.-przyrodniczych,cyfrowych,językowych i w zakr.uniwersalnych umiejętności,indywidualizację pracy z uczniami młodszymi i niepełnosprawnymi oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych 1 nauczyciela z zakresu oligofrenopedagogiki,doposażenie GP w narzędzia TIK i pomoce do pracy z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Rezultaty,to:1.Liczba 75 uczniów,którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu; 2. Liczba 1 szkoły wykorzystującej sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych; 3.Liczba 1 nauczyciela, który uzyskał kwalifikacje lub nabył kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu. Zadania,to:1.Realizacja kół zainteresowań oraz zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych z kompetencji kluczowych z zakresu języka angielskiego,niemieckiego,matematyki,przedmiotów przyrodniczych, niezbędnych na rynku pracy i edukacyjnym oraz właściwych postaw/umiejętności,2.Wyposażenie Gimnazjum Publicznego w Dobrzelowie w sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych wraz z realizacją dodatkowych zajęć pozalekcyjnych rozwijających kompetencje cyfrowe uczniów,3.Doposażenie GP w Dobrzelowie w pomoce dydaktyczne do rozpoznawania potrzeb i wspomagania rozwoju uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi wraz z realizacją terapii pedagogicznej oraz zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych z języka polskiego w ramach wsparcia uczniów młodszych i indywidualizacji pracy z uczniami niepełnosprawnymi,4.Studia podyplomowe z zakresu oligofrenopedagogiki dla nauczyciela pracującego w GP w Dobrzelowie.
