The project has been preceded by a diagnosis based on the individual needs of the school or educational system, approved by the authority. The diagnosis carried out showed that school II LO have significant gaps in the development of the communicative competences, to a limited extent entrepreneurial mindsets. Most of them do not have a vision of their professional future. It was also apparent from the diagnosis that one of the main reasons for the poor performance of pupils in secondary school tests is the unattractive form of language, mathematical and natural activities, without the use of modern teaching aids and ICT tools. In response to the above, the Applicant has created a project which aims to “identify the competences of key 102 students of III LO through the implementation of the comprehensive supplementary classes and the equipping of school workers by the end of June 2018. during the project, students of the III LO will improve entrepreneurial behaviour, creativity, social activities and communication competences through participation in professional counselling activities. The professional adviser will also discuss with the pupils of classes III their career and educational paths. Students will also raise the level of knowledge in mathematics and in English, thanks to participation in interest and compensatory activities. As part of the project, a mathematical laboratory will be equipped with modern ICT equipment (interactive displays, computers, tablets, educational software), which will make mathematics more attractive and translate into student performance.     Realizacja projektu została poprzedzona diagnozą na podstawie indywidualnego zapotrzebowania szkół lub placówek systemu oświaty, zatwierdzoną przez organ prowadzący. Przeprowadzona diagnoza wykazała, iż uczniowie II LO posiadają istotne braki w zakresie rozwoju kompetencji komunikacyjnych, w ograniczonym zakresie wykazują postawy przedsiębiorcze. Większość nie ma również wizji swojej przyszłości zawodowej. Z diagnozy wynikało również, iż jedną z głównych przyczyn słabych wyników uczniów szkoły z egzaminów gimnazjalnych jest nieatrakcyjna forma prowadzenia zajęć językowych, matematycznych i przyrodniczych, bez wykorzystania nowoczesnych pomocy dydaktycznych oraz narzędzi ICT. W odpowiedzi na powyższe Wnioskodawca stworzył projekt, którego celem jest „Podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych 102 uczniów III LO poprzez realizację kompleksowego programu zajęć dodatkowych oraz doposażenie pracowni szkolnych do końca czerwca 2018 r. W ramach projektu uczniowie III LO będą doskonalić zachowania przedsiębiorcze, kreatywność, aktywność społeczną i kompetencje komunikacyjne poprzez udział w zajęciach z doradztwa zawodowego. Doradca zawodowy przedyskutuje również z uczniami klas III ich wizje kariery zawodowej i ścieżki edukacyjnej. Uczniowie będą również podnosić poziom wiedzy z matematyki i języka angielskiego dzięki udziałowi w kołach zainteresowań i zajęciach wyrównawczych. W ramach projektu pracownia matematyczna zostanie wyposażona w nowoczesny sprzęt ICT (tablica interaktywna, komputery, tablety, oprogramowanie edukacyjne), co podniesie atrakcyjność zaje ć z matematyki i przełoży się na poprawę wyników uczniów na egzaminie maturalnym.
