"Celem p jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy wśród 359U (170K;189M), rozwijanie indywidualnego podejścia do 134U (62K;72M) ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi i podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych n-li w okresie XI.18-VI.20r. w wyniku realizacji w 7szkołach z Gminy Zgierz (SP Besiekierz, SP Biała, SP Dąbrówka, SP Gieczno, SP Grotniki, SP Słowik, SP Szczawin) łącznie: - zajęć dyd.- wyr. (930h) i rozwijających(2130) w zakresie komp. kluczowych dla 359U; - zajęć specjalistycznych(1590) dla 134U o specjalnych potrzebach eduk.; - stworzenia warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu poprzez utworzenie 11 pracowni przedmiotowych (5matematycznych, 6przyrodniczych); - wyposażenia szkół w pomoce i narzędzia TIK w celu korzystania z technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych; - szkolenia i studia podyplomowe dla 51n-li. " Założony cel projektu jest spójny z celem szczegółowym RPO WŁ i przyczyni się do jego osiągnięcia w wyniku realizacji zaplanowanych powyższych działań.
