The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in a school with unsatisfactory learning outcomes, working in a difficult local environment in Starten Balut, at Primary School No. 45 in Łódź. The project focuses on improving the teaching work, equipping schools with ICT equipment and teaching equipment and supporting UCZ, with a special focus on UCZ preparing to surpass and go beyond the second stage of education. 150UCZ is supported in the development of key competences through additional activities in mathematics, English and workshops and projects aimed at educating attitudes and skills that are important for human development and for the future employability of the labour market. Specialist educational, psychological and therapeutic assistance shall be provided to students with special needs in order to alleviate deficits in development and to compensate for opportunities. The provision of teaching equipment and equipment provides the conditions for modern education through the use of ICT (including manuals) and experimental methods. The teachers are included in the Comprehensive Support Programme in order to increase competencies in the project areas. The implementation of changes to the modernisation of the education methodology is monitored by external actors. GENERAL: The project involves a comprehensive approach to improving the quality of school education and tasks concerns all four support areas (project types 1,2,3,4). Full project support for UCZ will be preceded by the preparation of a database and NAUCZi. From the start, the UZ’s supporting activities that can take place using existing school resources will start from the beginning of September 2016. At the time of retrofitting, new mobile equipment will have a qualitative change in the use of modern technology in addition to new technologies, such as the use of electronic textbooks, elements.     Projekt ukierunkowany jest na podniesienie jakości edukacji w szkole osiągającej niezadowalające wyniki kształcenia, pracującej w trudnym środowisku lokalnym Starych Bałut - w Szkole Podstawowej nr 45 w Łodzi. Zadania projektu koncentrują się na doskonaleniu pracy NAUCZ, doposażeniu szkoły w sprzęt TIK i pomoce dydaktyczne oraz na wsparciu UCZ, ze szczególnych uwzględnieniem UCZ przygotowujących się do przekroczenia i przekraczających drugi etap edukacji. Wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych objętych zostaje 150UCZ poprzez dodatkowe zajęcia z matematyki, języka angielskiego oraz warsztaty i projekty ukierunkowane na kształcenie postaw i umiejętności ważnych dla rozwoju społecznego i zwiększających w przyszłości szanse na rynku pracy. Uczniom ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi zapewnia się specjalistyczną pomoc pedagogiczną, psychologiczną i terapeutyczną w celu złagodzenia deficytów rozwojowych i wyrównywania szans. Dzięki doposażeniu w sprzęt i pomoce dydaktyczne stwarza się warunki do nowoczesnego kształcenia z wykorzystaniem TIK (w tym e’podręczników) i metody eksperymentu. Nauczyciele zostają objęci programem kompleksowego wsparcia w celu podniesienia kompetencji w obszarach merytorycznych projektu. Wdrażanie zmian w zakresie unowocześniania metodyki kształcenia jest monitorowane przez podmioty zewnętrzne. ZAŁOŻENIA OGÓLNE: W projekcie zakłada się kompleksowe podejście do możliwości poprawy jakości kształcenia w szkole i zadania dotyczą wszystkich czterech obszarów wsparcia (typy projektów 1,2,3,4). Pełne wsparcie projektowe dla UCZ zostanie poprzedzone przygotowaniem bazy i NAUCZi. Od początku - od IX 2016 r. rozpoczną się zajęcia wspierające UCZ, które mogą odbywać się z wykorzystaniem dotychczasowych zasobów szkoły. Po doposażeniu szkoły w nowy mobilny sprzęt nastapią jakościowe zmiany w wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych technologii na dodatkowych zaj. projekt. np. e-podręczniki, elem. programow. multim.na ang. i na lekcjach poza proj.
