Celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności wykorzystania energii w zasobach SM "Nadbużanka", poprzez zmniejszenie energochłonności infrastruktury sektora mieszkaniowego, poprawę jakości powietrza w regionie. Zadania:1.audyt energetyczny, 2.dokumentacja techniczna, 3.studium wykonalności, 4.wymiana kotła CO na paliwo stałe na kocioł na biomasę, 4.modernizacja sieci ciepłowniczej kanałowej na sieć w technologii preizolowanej na odc. 126 mb, wymiana zaworów termostatycznych w lokalach mieszk. na urządzenia do automatycznego, indywidualnego sterowania procesami rozdziału i dostawy energii cieplnej do grzejników oraz montaż podzielników ciepła w lok. mieszk., 4.Promocja, 5.Nadzór inwestorski, 6.Koordynacja projektu. Wskaźniki: Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych,Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych,Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE,Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE,Spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych,Oszczędność energii cieplnej,Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii,Zmodernizowane energetycznie budynki,Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków,Lb gospodarstw domowych z lepszą klasą zużycia energii.Realizacja inwestycji poprzedzona została wykonaniem audytu energetycznego budynków,który potwierdza konieczność realizacji inwestycji. Grupa docelowa to mieszkańcy odczuwający w sezonie grzewczym dolegliwości wynikające z funkcjonowania kotłowni węglowej oraz awaryjności sieci ciepłowniczej w SM "Nadbużanka" to 113 osób-40 mężczyźni,54 kobiety,19 młodzież poniżej 18 roku życia. Ponadto mieszkańcy budynków sąsiadujących.Informacja o planach spółdzielców zostały przejęte z akceptacją.Modernizacją jest też zainteresowany samorząd. Modernizacja sieci i instalacji grzewczej-szacunkowy koszt-154 042 zł, źródło ciepła szacunkowy koszt-93 619 zł. Szacunkowa całkowita wartość inwestycji to 280 861 zł. (Polish)
