The primary task of the project is to replace the existing fossil fuel production from renewable raw materials. 124 solar collectors installations (86 with a power of 3,4 KW, 36 with a power of 5,1 KW, 2 with a power of 6,8 KW and 13 PV installations with a power of between 2,12 and 3.12 kW will be completed. The total installed capacity of the thermal energy equipment shall be as follows: 0.489 MW, for electricity: 0.038 MW. The project uses web portals and other ICT tools to implement and promote clean energy solutions, services and products. A project website will be created which will include the following elements: A description of the project, the characteristics of the municipality, the instructions for the operation of the installation, information about RES and the technology available, the form for electronic communication. It will provide information on equipment accidents (within the service), comments and complaints, as well as data for monitoring ecological effects. The project will be useful for all project stakeholders. The municipality will own the new RES infrastructure, which will improve the quality of the municipal services provided and improve their accessibility. Project participants will use facilities located in residential facilities which will reduce the cost of living. For all stakeholders, the project will have a significant ecological effect that will help to reduce atmospheric CO2 emissions and other greenhouse gases. This will increase air quality and reduce the health risks of the population. By reducing the “low” emissions of domestic furnaces, including in particular particulate matter PM10, whose 24-hour limits were found in the Lublin area, the project contributes to the objectives of the ‘air quality programme for the Lublin area’ (classified as Area C and thus obliged to draw up the programme). Projekt wykorzystuje portale internetowe i inne narzędzia ICT w celu wdrożenia i promocji rozwiązań, usług i produktów czystej energii. Utworzona zostanie strona internetowa projektu, która będzie zawierać następujące elementy: - opis projektu, - charakterystyka gminy, - instrukcje obsługi instalacji, - informacje o OZE oraz możliwych do zastosowania technologiach, - formularz do komunikacji elektronicznej. Z jej pośrednictwem możliwe będzie przekazywanie informacji o awariach urządzeń (w ramach serwisu), przekazywanie uwag i skarg, a także danych do monitoringu efektów ekologicznych.
