Subject of the action: purchase and assembly of a house: solar installations (199pieces.) for heat generation from solar radiation for heating hot water and biomass boilers (237WT) for district heating of biomass heat and possibly heating hot water. Measures are being taken in the municipality to make use of RES. The project ‘solar collectors as a renewable form of energy supply in the municipality of Potok Górny’ has been carried out. There is still a need to increase the share of RES in the fuel and energy balance in the municipality. Air quality in the municipality is chosen — there is no obligation to draw up an air quality programme. In the POP area for the Lublin area (to which the Górny Potok zone belongs), no corrective or short-term action has been identified for the municipality, which means that there is no exceedance of the levels of sub-levels assessed in the air quality. PROBLEMS: insufficient awareness of the inhabitants with limited non-renewable energy resources and the use of RES; scarcity of technologies for the use of RES; high installation costs. The thermal economy based on solid fuel boiler houses has a record of the burning of plastic waste. OUTCOME: rising fossil energy consumption, emissions of harmful gases and dusts into the air, environmental pollution. Scope of the project: 1.installation of solar installations in households (comprising: collectors, water heater, pump and steering group, recovery vessel, provisioning, piping, pipes, thermal insulation, vent, solar vent, solar premium); 2.installation of household biomass boilers (boilers of 17 kW, 23 kW and 25 kW; Pellet) 2.The web portal (online service to connect with users); 3.app for mobile devices (for energy and ecological education for inhabitants, promotion of RES) (English) | |||

Przedmiot projektu: zakup i montaż w gospod. dom.: instalacji solarnych(199szt.) do produkcji energii cieplnej z promieniowania słonecznego w celu podgrzewania c.w.u oraz kotłów na biomasę(237szt.) do produkcji energii cieplnej z biomasy do centralnego ogrzewania i ewentualnie podgrzewania c.w.u.. W gminie podejmowane są działania w celu wykorzystania OZE. Zrealizowano projekt "Kolektory słoneczne jako ekologiczna i odnawialna forma dostarczania energii w gminie Potok Górny"- zamontowano solary w bud. mieszkalnych i użyteczności publ. Wciąż potrzebą jest zwiększenie udziału OZE w bilansie paliwowo-energetycznym w gminie. Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra- nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej (do której należy Potok Górny) nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów subst.podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. PROBLEMY: niedostateczna świadomość mieszkańców o ograniczonych zasobach nieodnawialnych surowców energetycznych i wykorzystaniu OZE; niedobór technologii pozwalających na wykorzystanie OZE; wysokie koszty instalacji. Gospodarka cieplna oparta na kotłowniach opalanych paliwem stałym, notuje się przypadki spalania odpadów plastikowych. EFEKT: rosnące zużycie energii ze źródeł kopalnych, emisja szkodliwych gazów i pyłów do powietrza, wzrost zanieczyszczenia środowiska. Zakres projektu: 1.montaż instalacji solarnych w gospod. domowych (w skład wchodzą: kolektory, podgrzewacz pojemnościowy wody, grupa pompowa i sterownik, naczynie wzbiorcze, zabezpieczania, rurociągi, przewody, izolacja termiczna, odpowietrznik, płyn solarny); 2.montaż kotłów na biomasę w gospod. domowych (kotły o mocy 17kW, 23kW i 25kW; pellet) 2.portal internetowy(serwis do transakcji on-line zapewniający kontakty z użytkownikami); 3.aplikacja na urządzenia mobilne(w celu edukacji energetycznej i ekologicznej mieszkańców, promocji OZE) (Polish)
