OBJECTIVE: The aim of the project is the social inclusion of 50 persons with disabilities (30K, 20M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Lubelskie province until 12.2018. 50 persons (30K, 20M) of those excluded (including those affected by poverty) or those at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the WL — residence of municipalities with a higher poverty rate (covering only POW areas), the applicant will verify and submit to the IB the results of the assessment of the social and employment efficiency obtained by the project participants, in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the field of social inclusion and combating poverty with the use of ESF and ERDF resources for the period 2014-2020: for persons or environments at risk of poverty or social exclusion, 56 %, including the level of employment efficiency of 22 %, shall be 46 % for persons with severe disabilities, persons with intellectual disabilities and for persons with disabilities with coupled minimum employment and employment efficiency, including min efficiency of 12 %.
