The project “Renewable energy sources in the municipality of Zamość — Part II” is a consequence of the earlier action taken by the Municipality of Zamość with a view to achieving the headline target set as: “Improving air quality by reducing carbon emissions and increasing energy efficiency in the Gmina and contributing to the targets set out in the 2020 climate and energy package”. The objective of this project will be achieved, inter alia, by the delivery and installation of individual solar collectors sets for 639 individual households (of which: 2,51-484 units including roof 266, on the façade of 166 to land 52, power 3,765-155 including on the roofs of 83 items on the façade of 47 fish land per 25 land, in the municipality of Zamość, and the other activities, i.e. the Supervisor, the promotion of the project and the launch of the website and the application. The target group is the inhabitants of the municipality of Zamość. The solar installations planned for installation will create a distributed thermal energy production system that will impact the less use of non-renewable energy, thereby contributing to the improvement of air quality. Thanks to the use of preferential natural conditions concerning the average annual sun exposure of the municipality of Zamość (solar energy in the annual amount of about 1 169.8 kWh per square metre per year, one of the highest values throughout the country) and the external financial resources, the action envisaged in the project in question could contribute significantly to Poland’s energy balance. The key deliverables of the project will be: — Additional renewable energy capacity (CI30) — 1.798415 MW — Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) — 5 996.816 t/year — Thermal energy production from newly built/new generation capacity of installations using RES — MWHT/year — Increase in employment in supported entities (other than enterprises) — 1 FTE.     Projekt "Odnawialne źródła energii w Gminie Zamość - część II" jest konsekwencją wcześniej podjętych działań przez Gminę Zamość zmierzających do realizacji celu głównego określonego jako: "Poprawa jakości powietrza poprzez ograniczenie emisji dwutlenku węgla oraz podniesienie efektywności energetycznej w Gminie i wkład w osiągnięcie celów określonych w pakiecie klimatyczno-energetycznym do roku 2020". Cel przedmiotowego projektu zostanie osiągnięty między innymi poprzez dostawę i montaż indywidualnych zestawów kolektorów słonecznych dla 639 indywidualnych gospodarstw domowych (tym, moc: 2,51 - 484 szt. w tym na dach 266, na elewacji 166 na grunt 52, moc 3,765 - 155 szt. w tym na dachach 83 szt. na elewacji 47 szt. an grunt 25 szt.), na terenie Gminy Zamość, oraz pozostałe działania tj. inspektor nadzoru, promocja projektu oraz uruchomienie strony www i aplikacji. Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy Gminy Zamość. Planowane do montażu instalacje solarne stworzą rozproszony system produkcji energii cieplnej, której uzyskanie wpłynie na mniejsze wykorzystanie energii ze źródeł nieodnawialnych, przyczyniając się tym samym do poprawy jakości powietrza. Dzięki wykorzystaniu preferencyjnych uwarunkowań naturalnych dotyczących średniorocznego nasłonecznienia Gminy Zamość (energia słoneczna w rocznej wartości około 1169,8 kWh na metr kwadratowy na rok, jedna z najwyższych wartości na terenie całego kraju) oraz zewnętrznych środków finansowych, zakładane w przedmiotowym projekcie działania mogą przyczynić się znacznie do poprawy bilansu energetycznego Polski. Kluczowymi rezultatami przedmiotowego projektu będą: - Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych (CI30) - 1,798415 MW - Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) - 5 996,816 t/rok - Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE - MWht/rok - Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) EPC - 1 etat.
